The overall experience
That we had to switch rooms because my original room was unavailable.

very helpful even though it was last minute

Great location in the center of Denver. To go 5 miles takes you 40 mins some days. We had a room with two green beds and a fold out with the kitchenette. Although we did not use the kitchenette. It was a nice feature to have. Did use the phone and the laundry facility while they're there.
Although it's not the staff in facilities fault. But the people that stayed there over the Taylor Swift concert damaged a few items. The staff was waiting for them fixed.

It. Nice
Ilove it

Its close proximity to Denver Downtown attractions is the ONLY thing we liked.
Rooms and beds were not clean. They didn’t have enough pillows in our room and were supposedly out when we asked for more. Hallways smell like cigarette smoke. Bathroom didn’t have enough towels for my family and the shower had noticeable chips and cracks in it. Location is not in a safe neighborhood.

The location was close to the downtown aquarium, which was one of the things that we were in Denver for
Unfortunately pretty much everything. The pool was freezing for my children. There was no longer a manager’s reception as there had been the previous time we stayed. The rooms were not clean at all and looked very run down. It has declined a lot since we were here 4 years ago. The front desk staff was minimally helpful with checkin and discussing where things were at and what we may need to know. Pretty much just said “here are your keys, you are on the 3rd floor all the way at that end but elevators are in this side.” I was not impressed at all. We stayed at another hotel a couple days before this one in Loveland area and it was very clean, nice, front desk staff was helpful letting us use the microwave prior to check in to heat up our lunch bc we arrived early. This was the complete opposite and we will not stay here ever again.

The property was in a good location. It is not downtown yet is close enough (not walking though). The indoor swimming pool is convenient just in case it snows. The stove, the dishes, the microwave and the refrigerator 🙌 were extremely convenient. Most of my family’s meals were cooked in the hotel.
It’s not the property yet the Denver public school bus barn next door. At approximately 5am the buses honk their horn multiple time.
