Being able to stay in a hotel room I paid for

Bed was soft, temperature control in the room was excellent. Everything was clean! Free wifi, friendly staff! Nicer than I was expecting for a sudden stay.
Sound travels like CRAZY in the hallways. I was near the front desk and stock room and anytime anyone was in either of those areas anything they said would echo through the door as if they were standing outside yelling under the door. However, it was extremely quiet and low traffic while I was there so it didn’t disturb me more than once or twice.

The room was very clean and nice. Jetted tub was amazingly relaxing. The shower was very spacious and had decent pressure. Bed was comfy and the pillows were soft and easy to sleep on. Very well sound isolated, didn't hear any other guests unless they were right outside the door.
The room itself was very small for a jetted tub room, I've stayed in several different ones and they were much larger, though not always as nicely clean. The toilet was cramped against the wall. It's also in the middle of nowhere, so either have to Uber or drive to anywhere, which is difficult because it's in an incredibly awkward part of the city. The television was nice, lots of channels, but the remotes are frustratingly stupid.

The bed was clean
Located across from a night club, no parking due to club patrons. Could hear thru the walls. There was black stuff smeared on the outside of the tub. The only clean thing about the room was the bed. Thank God because our flight was delayed and we checked in at 1am and were beyond exhausted. 87 degrees, high humidity, and the ac was off, the room was so hot for the first 2 to 3 hours until the ac finally cooled it off. The place was a horrible, dirty, loud hole. Do yourself a favor and stay ANYWHERE else.

The area wasn’t to bad.
The staff was very rude upon arriving, I made reservations online and the clerk kept telling me I didn’t. I even offered to give my booking confirmation. When we got to the room it was dirty the trash had used condom wrapping inside. The beds both had hair in them. I spoke with the clerk and he argued that the room was clean even after showing pictures.

Breakfast was bare minimum
Front door busted and held together by packing tape. Hot tub stopper broke. Young man came and fixed if and was very helpful and pleasant

It was located near several restaurants, stores and shopping centers
There was only one driveway to enter and exit the facility but there was a large yellow moving truck parked near the front entrance and it blocked some of the view of traffic when trying to exit and made it a little difficult to pull into the parking lot easily when entering. I think they should have been able to park in more towards the back of the lot

It was an easy location to get to.
The front door glass was broken upon our first arrival. Our room was 108 which was directly off of the breakfast area. The walls of the room are so thin we could hear the person in the next door using the bathroom as if it was in our own room. In the morning we were woken with those moving chairs and eating breakfast popping their toast up etc while we were still trying to sleep. The noise level was not muted at all.

The hot tub in the king suite. very clean. The two gentleman at check in were so nice. check in was quick. loved the microwave and fridge in room. sheets were clean and soft towels. adequate lighting and outlets. we had a great time. worth it to get the jacuzzi tub. I highly recommend.
okay only one entrance. No place for smokers to sit. limited parking. someone parked in front of my window (no parking spot there, they just parked there for fun) and their car alarm went off all night. not really a property issue unless it was someone on staffs car, but someone should have made them move the car. alarm even was going off right before we checked out.

We didn't have breakfast either morning we were there
The parking lot was very small, and it was a little strange you had to buzz in after 9pm. It made me wonder if it was a safe neighborhood.

The staff was friendly and inviting! I really appreciated them.
The room was filthy, smelled horrible and felt unsafe. I had to throw away my socks that I wore around the room. Not to mention there was a bullet hole in our window haha

It was close to the venue we were goin to.
We did pay at stay but they charged our card before we even arrived. The payment was also charged before the check-in time the hotel said it was. We were also charged twice for our stay and told that they only ran card once even though our bank showed two back to back charges. They were annoyed with us when we brought it to their attention, telling us they didn’t mess up on their end. Almost missed they concert that we were attending because they wanted to argue we were wrong. The room also had clothes left over from from who ever stayed before us. Housekeeping did not do a very good job cleaning room at all. Worst stay!
