They need stairs in the pool, so it is accessible to handicap people and heavier people that can't use the ladder

Everything was clean and every person I encountered was nice and respectful. I like that they also had vending machines as I got there too late for things to be open.

There were people out side our door very loud. Could not hear the tv
Other then that it was very peaceful.

Close to interstate to get going again on the morning.
Sheets and towels all way too worn. There were stains on the wash cloths and towels. The sheets and pillows were also very worn. The carpet smelled of unknown odors (dirty socks?) The place needs an over

The bed was quite comfortable.
Had to wait 15 minutes for the desk clerk to show up to check in.
Was told the pool was open but it was locked.
The breakfast area smelled heavily of bug killer.
The shower leaked all over the bathroom. I was afraid that I would be electrocuted if I used the hairdryer in the bathroom.

Our room was on first floor which is easy in and out.
There is ref, coffee maker, microwave.
Reasonsble price.
Food was not great. Coffee wasnt the best either.
Room smells like someone was smoking inside.
Something smells musty when you enter the room , wet, dirty old sock smell.
( i had to spray perfume or i wish i brought our scent diffuser)
Carpet is dirty.
Housekeeping keep knocking and interrupting us on the day we check out even it was only 9 am. Check out was 11 am. Not only once but 3x. So annoying.

A small maintenance request was not attended to in a timely fashion thus causing much wasted water in two rooms.

Didn’t eat any food there, the hotel is so run down. Needs a lot of TLC
So run down, wallpaper was peeling off the walls, door flip over lock was broken, faucets dripped, toilet was not secure- moved when you sat down, towels were dingy looking, beds were very small, tv was tiny. Plug in- in the bathroom were so loose, couldn’t keep the hair dryer plugged in

Wallpaper was peeling off the wall in the bathroom. The A/C worked extremely well....but you couldn't turn it down to less than "frigid"....

It was very convenient, good value, had everything we needed. Offered a pool and hot tub, free breakfast. There was a microwave and small fridge in the room also coffee and maker. Easy parking, close to freeway and was main road with other restaurants and businesses.
I know help and times have been tough especially on businesses that cater to travelers, so I'm not going to list things that I'm sure in time will be fixed. The major items like bedding, rooms and cleanliness we're all being done and we were comfortable.

The bed was soft and the key card opened the door.
I had purchased 14 rooms in the last 14 days from a huge variety of fairly inexpensive places. To pay over $150 for a night in this place was criminal. When I approached the desk I asked three things. If they have a hot breakfast and the man answered truthfully that yes they did. And they did. I asked for a room on the first floor and I was given that. I asked if they have a pool and a hot tub. He said yes. The hot tub was out of order. We have been traveling and stiff and sore and the main thing we wanted was a hot tub. Was lied to.
