Roomy rooms, with the amenities that are needed. All in all enjoyed my stay. I needed to check out a couple hours after posted time and was thankful for that.

Upon check in, I waited around 10 minutes for the front desk clerk on duty. Not really a big deal, but felt rushed during the check in process. There was a woman in a truck with Texas plates in the parking lot from morning to night. Was rather creepy. Hope she found a place to stay other than in that truck. Hotel staff should watch the back entrance for these instances. But maybe the hotel staff was aware and allowed her to stay out there. I was just a guest for one night so I do not know.

Good place for short stay.

Location and amenities like coffee bar. Variety of restaurants and shopping less than 5 miles away.

Animals were a bit noisy throughout night and early morning.

Staff was incredibly friendly. It's just the facility itself like living in the 80s motel.

Breakfast consisted of coffee and packaged muffins.

Everything very OLD, need updates. Sitting chairs really dirty and air condition very Noisy. You have to request kitchen ware, which were clean but old and excessively worn.

The nightmare Extended stay in the Midwest

The guy who assisted me when my keys were deactivated and when I check out .

The way they charge you a security deposit . They don't let you talk and they basically yell on people . Besides that smells like urine all over . There is MOJO in the bathroom I was and is just a cold and dark hotel .

Very poor

The only positive was the location, and the staff was friendly. I could tell she wanted to be helpful, and did all she could to help. It is only 5 minutes tops from the airport.

Just Don't Do It. The beds had someone else's long hairs all stuck in the sheets, dirty carpet, sticky remote, the beds were rock hard, I couldn't let any of my kids walk around without shoes on. The friendly staff gave us drinking cups, but they were extremely dirty. I couldn't let my 4 year old take a bath in the tub. I'm serious, this place is gross. Sketchy tweakers hanging out in the lobby. I'm far from high maintenance, and all we needed was a place to lay our heads before we caught our early morning flight, so I booked this place thinking it would be adequate enough for that...I was wrong. Do yourself a favor and pay a little more for cleanliness and comfort.

there was blood on the floor, trash, stains everywhere. the person at the front desk was shaking and seemed to be on drugs. I stayed 15 minutes and left bc I was scared for my safety and it was the most disgusting hotel I’ve ever entered.

Be very cautious!

Location to airport

Room was dirty, hair on bed, didnt appear as if this room #117, should have been rented out. Smelled very musty, remote to tv had something on it and the hotel didnt even provide soap to wash your hands or shower with.

Won't stay here again

Web-site clearly stated complimentary breakfast and airport shuttle, which were the 2 main reasons for book at your location. Was informed after checking in that neither are provided. True disappointment then caused major problems making the arrangements to the airport at 5am when Ubers and taxi services are so unreliable these days. This is something which you really need to change for it is looked at as false advertising.

Your false advertising on your website. Stated free breakfast and airport shuttle. Neither were provided and were informed from the staff that that hasn't been an option for 2 years. Sad that the technology of the hotel chain has let this go this long.

This stay was only one night so it wasn’t bad.

I love the idea of ESA.

but we’ve stayed in at least 3 of them now and they’re all dirty. To the naked eye they look clean but if you look at the cabinet doors, bathroom floor, sinks, outside on the refrigerator door,inside of drawers, mirrors, it’s filthy!! Grab and go breakfast was not available as promised on website. Good luck!!

Dreary

It was close to the airport and the bed was comfortable.

The toilet didn’t flush. There was no coffee in the lobby, with a sign with apologies from the management. It was dreary. The fridge hummed and made intermittent noises and there was not one of anything in the kitchen.
