I liked nothing about this property

The beds were dirty and had bed bugs. The bath was not clean.

Nice cheap hotel, clean room, good for one night or two but not with children

some sketchy people behind the building park they car and sleep in it, sometimes they were loud , I assume they not always there

No breakfast was offered, dog in one of the rooms started barking at 7:00am, was not impressed at all! :( Rating

Bathroom door was broken and falling apart. Water was not warm, it was cold. No blow dryer in room, I had to go down to the front desk after taking a shower to get one.

Never will stay here again. Not worth more than $0.01 a night. Hotel is a mess.

Everything, room was gross, found bed bugs. Bathroom/shower was filled with hair, and had obviously not been cleaned. Room smelled terrible. Corner of sink was broken. Bathroom door didn’t shut. Room door doesn’t shut without having to push/pull really hard. Bedding was disgusting and had burn holes in it.

There should be quiet from 11 pm to 7am

No breakfast no coffee!!

At 3:00 am. I had to call the main desk. Music was just blaring!!!!! 4:17 still very very loud music. We got no sleep for a long drive ahead of us.!!!

Show up First night could get no one to come to the desk ring the bell several times was forced to go and stay somewhere else called him the next day told him I couldn’t get to no one to the desk she said she would I was a no call no show but she would Remit refund me for that night never got a refund

False information!

The room was clean.

The website said there was a pool, when we got there the pool was cemented over. There was no shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom. As soon as you walk into the lobby all you could smell was weed and cologne. Was kind of funny because there is a sign that says if you smoke in your room you will be charged. But weed is acceptable?! The beds were also very uncomfortable. I woke up with a back ache both mornings.

You Get What You Pay For

Very inexpensive compared to anything 10-20 minutes further south. The employee at check in was very friendly and accommodating. When my key didn't work to get in the room, he happily reprogrammed it, and even came to the room with me to make sure it worked.

The hotel is older, and run down. It is evident that the staff does do their best to keep an aging motel going so good for them. More of a commentary on Waukeegan; there are no healthy dining options nearby.

I came for my son's Navy Graduation and I felt so embraced to bring my new sailor to this place awfu

I will never ever come back here the manager and the housekeeper and staff were unprofessional rude and argued to bring us extra blankets and towels! I did not like anything of this place

Rude staff especially the manager and house keeper it's smelled ot was dirty the sheets were dirty the toilet sit was broken they said on the internet that they had a pool and breakfast they lied

Disappointing

My room which was a king was not ready when we got there, since we got there earlier than expected (30 minutes) we gave them time, we went to go pick up tickets to the occasion and came back and room was still not ready and switched us to a room with 2 double beds.

Went from a room in the middle of the hallway to beside the door and other patrons were loud.
