Terrifying I would had slept better in the car.

Breakfast was fine could use some donuts. The people that work there are super friendly. You can tell they love their job.

Bed are hard as a rock! I felt like I slept outside on cement. Kids and I were up all night when we got home we were glad to be in ours beds. Smelled moldy on second floor.

Great value for the hotel, but could use a second look over when cleaning.

I didn't actually eat the breakfast. I did, however, like that the breakfast menu was posted at the front desk. The location was convenient as it was close to my destination in Chapmansville.

The room wasn't cleaned thoroughly. There were still candy wrappers from the previous guests left on the floor by the bed. The room also smelled musty. And it looked as though the cleaner used to clean in the bathroom had not been wiped off the toilet. It was running down the toilet and onto the floor.

Exceptional

A very well kept hotel that met our needs very nicely. Very easy access and close enough to the school where my son was playing basketball in a holiday tournament to make it convenient. The staff was very friendly and courteous both upon check-in and check-out and Joanne kept the dining room spotless and the food fresh and delicious.

Nice and convenient to off-road areas.

A lot of guests running around on the third floor every night and calling the front desk didn’t seem to help much. Also wasn’t a fan of the girl working nights hanging on the couches with her shoes off instead of at her post prepared for guests as they arrive and early in the mornings when coming down for breakfast.

Super friendly accommodating staff, housekeeper Tonya was a big help when my card didn't open room immediately. Breakfast chef is awesome as well. This was my 2nd stay and I'll be back next year.

The staff was awesome. Hotel was nice and clean and quiet. Breakfast was major plus, thank you!

The mattress on the king size bed in room 321 is an old thin mattress that is hard as a rock and very very uncomfortable. I had to sleep in the chair. Please update those.
