Room larger than expected. Low toilet was a problem with no hand bars.

Other than the nuisances mentioned below it was okay.
The breakfast was a joke, this should not be advertised as breakfast. We were already told at check-in to go to a place across the street if we really wanted breakfast.
Found a hair in the shower, and the door lock didn't work right.

Staff at check in very friendly.
Microwave was disgusting inside. Breakfast starts at 8:00 AM, which is not convenient for those who need to get an early start.

Was close to Devils Tower and the only restaurant and bars in town. People friendly all around town.
Our room was in the corner and the dirt and trash in front of door almost had me find another place. Kept hoping they would sweep it up each day, but they didn’t. The room was dark and dingy. The tenant next door played his TV so loud all night that we knew what he was watching. He likes Alfred Hitchcock and Road Runner cartoons. Bed too soft for our liking. Just not a restful stay.

Thank you to the front desk staff for offering us a room with an extra bed. This nicety allowed my kids to sleep in a separate bed and to not have to share a bed for at least one night during our family vacation.
The fact that your location offered breakfast was one of the main selling points for me when selecting a lodging spot. What your website does not tell potential guests is that breakfast is not offered until 8:00 AM. My family was on a limited time schedule with places to travel to and see each day. Each morning we were typically on the road by 6:30 or 7:00 AM. We could not afford to wait until 8:00. Also, the lobby was not even open whenever we left. I was hoping for at least a cup of coffee and the ability to pick up a bucket of ice on my way out … and a live person to hand off my room key to (I did take a photo of myself placing the key in the drop box so that I would have proof of the time I did this. But nothing about a key drop box or the fact that the lobby would be locked until ?? AM was mentioned to me when I checked in). Your website also does not mention the fact that, while an in-room coffee maker is available, you nevertheless have to ask for it first. I also found out the hard way that one of the outlets in our room did not work, as when I awoke my phone and hearing aid had not charged at all through the night. Also, the soda machine on your property was out of drinks. Lastly, I think your prices are very high, especially given the aforementioned items in my review.

A typical old motel in a small town. But charged $236 per night for a what should have been $75 at the top end.
