My family and I have stayed here every summer for the past three years in a row and won't consider staying anywhere else in Door County. The motel is super clean, perfectly located, and has the most amazing and considerate owners/management, who are always willing to help. The beds are very comfortable and plenty of pillows are provided. Also, it is always quiet and peaceful here, whether at night or during the day. Excellent value for the area.

The bathroom was extremely small. There were no grip guards in the bathtub. The shower head wasn't adjustable and neither was the shower pressure. The air conditioner was extremely noisy. had to turn off at night to sleep

Clean kitchenette room. Due to seasonal humidity, the room included a dehumidifier, which helped. Water pressure in shower was excellent!
Inclusion of the dehumidifier required twice daily emptying of tank. Minor nuisance - not major, but if we forgot, it would stop and beep loudly. Which, naturally our luck happened in the middle of the night.

The room was clean, Staff very nice, great location, Price was good value. The bed was very comfortable.
There was only soap and a conditioning shampoo under the shower head in a dispenser. I wanted to take a bath and it is not convenient to keep standing up to get soap. Also since the sink is in the bedroom area there is no soap to wash your hands unless you walk back to the shower. I think at least a small hand soap should have been available.

It was pristine

location
no in room service... didn’t vacuum , no comfortable chairs, no lotion
4.3
Location was great, nice centrally located , also the buildings look to have been recently updated and our kitchenette had everything we needed
There is really nothing to complain about, room wasn’t exactly cheap and there was a 3 night minimum but it is that way for most properties in door county for festival weekends

Location: Close to everything by car (even the Washington Island Ferry), and it's just a bit away from all the hustle and bustle, which is a good thing sometimes.
The Pool and Hot Tub: Clean all around and we'll maintained
Rooms: Clean and Comfortable
Game Room: During our stay, there was a working old school Simpsons arcade cabinet (you know the one). That was fun to see again.

Nothing- liked everything!

It was clean
Great location
The beds are not comfortable at all! My husband and I did not sleep well

It was charming — and clean! The staff was very good.
Very small bathroom, but that’s understandable considering the era it was likely built.

This is the third time we have stayed here. Staff is friendly and welcoming. Our room was clean and comfy.
As a person with mobility issues, the ice machine had been moved to a different building making it difficult to go from the ADA room to where the ice was located. That was a switch since the last time we were there. There was not in-depth thought to that decision.
4.3
Pool was warm and clean. Hot tub was also very clean.
Size of room was small. For the price it was fine.
4.3
There wasn’t breakfast offered

the location, the pool and fame room
could be cleaner and different blankets

The staff were very nice and the location was good for what we needed.
Our floors were not as clean as I would have expected and our refrigerator was too small and leaked water so badly we had to keep a towel on the floor. Also the toilet leaked a bit. and that floor also stayed wet.

Rooms, bonfire area, pool and hot tub!

Old style motel comforter.
Lack of hand soap for sink. I bring my own shampo but was expecting bar soap at least
