Great hotel, excellent service.

For the price, their service can't be beaten. Great staff and accommodation. They allowed us to leave our luggage before checking in as we arrived very early; they also paid for our Uber to the airport because the shutter was not available when we were leaving. Rooms were very nice and clean, and we also enjoyed our included breakfast. Thank you!

Charged the wrong room called, refund request and got banned

Everything was fine up the hotel staff seemed very nice, the room was nice, that was until the day we left.

The staff!!! My husband and I had booked a room across from my sister. There was a person issue in her room and the sheet and bed linen was ruined I repeat in my sister’s room that was a completely different room. But somehow there was a mixed up and my husband got charged $100.00 now I called and tried to explain to them that it was the wrong room but they were adamant it was mine. My sister gets on the phone and says I did the damage take it off mine still the front desk said no it was in mine and my husband room. My sister called for a second time her self telling them exactly where the idea was located in the room and the lady at the front desk tells her there’s nothing she can do but email her manager. I was really upset seeing as we were at the zoo trying to enjoy the day. My sister gets off the phone the front desk lady calls back says my husband and I have to Waite 7 to 10 days for the money to go back on his card and we are all banned no not just my sister my husband and I as well. So because of their mistake we are now banned.

Hotel was clean and quiet. Location was tucked away but not a far drive to all the attractions.

Cleanliness, Location was near the Airport. Few restaurants were close to the hotel, so we had few choices. Easy access to downtown.

Breakfast was too basic and knowing the fact that the hotel is close to the airport and a lot of international travelers come to the hotel, everything in breakfast was pork, ham, and bacon.

No soap in the bathroom, light didn't work near bed, too crowded at free breakfast so no food or even tea, staff member at breakfast area was rude. Will be staying at Hilton Hotels from now on.

I would stay here again in the future.

Room was spacious, clean, and cozy. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.

There was an issue with the toilet, but the gentleman at the front desk fixed it in a timely manner.

Subpar for the cost

Nice pool. Friendly staff. MJ and Brian were very friendly and helpful.

Nice pool. Room was very nice. the sofa bed was unbearable. My grandson said it was horrible and felt springs all night long. Looking forward to a big breakfast with my 3 grandsons after an early swim. Well breakfast was over at 9am. We missed it.

Good close location to airport, new and clean.

New, nice common area.

We left to early for breakfast. When we arrived no one was there to check us in. The guy ran to pick someone up at airport. No wine opener for us. They put someone directly above us and the hotel was mostly empty. The person stomped around all night.

Clean accommodations and helpful staff make for a nice, stress free weekend!

Clean and comfortable room! The staff was helpful and friendly. Well lit parking lot, which was nice when checking in at night. Breakfast was great, the first time in a long while we’ve had good tasting eggs, and not rubbery. It’s in a great location to the expo.

New facility but staff must be overwhelmed or over worked to notice issues.

Good options for breakfast but the toaster did not toast anything and hot water was not hot. Does the staff check these things ?

it was a nice stay. I would stay again but I want them to have all breakfast items available regardless of the time fram

The overall property was nice and clean. The room was large and spacious. My family and I were able to spread out in the room and relax. The location was very convenient to where we needed to be.

Breakfast ends at 9:30. My family and I got down to breakfast around 9:05 and the hotel was out of almost everything (waffles, bread, bagels, toast, oatmeal packets,etc). The juice machine weren’t working either. We really didn’t get breakfast. I understand that it was close to 9 but breakfast we, guests, have until 9:30.

The whole reason we chose to stay there and park there was for the shuttle service. When I called needing a ride back from airport the front desk said no shuttle service today. Luckily the Hilton Garden shuttle brought us back to our car..

Nice hotel with exceptional staff & good breakfast.

A nice newer hotel with a convenient location near the airport. The staff is exceptional & provide a shuttle to the airport. They also provide a good breakfast with hot & cold options. I will stay here again.

I wish there was a restaurant close to the hotel.
