Expensive stay with issues in the breakfast and the elevators

The location and the views from the room and restaurants are great, the room itself is fine.

The chaos at breakfast with table assignments is really bad, and the establishment automatically charges an 18% tip so the waiters have no incentive to serve people and just try to upsell things that are not included, the people who assign the tables have to go around cleaning the tables because the waiters don't bother, so there is a huge line of customers just to get a table assigned to you. Additionally, the cost of breakfast of 39 or 49 USD depending on the day, is excessive for what they give, the variety and quality of the products is not in line with the price. The other things that I didn't think were correct is that they automatically charge you the $150 USD deposit per night when you check in, which seems like an abuse to me, since in most hotels they only make a reservation on the credit card, additionally the cost of parking seems excessive to me almost $70 USD per night. Another detail is the matter of the elevators, which by design the lobby is on the 70th floor, and to go to your room you always have to go through the lobby, which is an inconvenience when having to use two elevators for each trip within the hotel, that is when one arrives from the street or uses one of the restaurants, they should have designed this in a different way, and put a lobby on the ground floor like all hotels have.

נוף נפלא מהלובי שבקומה 70. מיטה נוחה, חדר מרווח. מיקום טוב. צוות קשוב (הגענו למלון אחרי טיסה של 15 שעות, וקיבלנו את החדר בשעה 9 בבוקר, במקום בשלוש אחה"צ כנהוג.)

הדבר היחיד שלא אהבנו היה לחץ המים במקלחת. לחץ חלש מאוד, שלא מתאים לרמה שהמלון מנסה לשדר.

Clean is in a nice area but very expensive

The rooms are spacious and clean the staff was very kind

It is very inconvenient to go up and down the elevator, you have to go through the lobby on the 70th floor parking cost in the hotel was 67$ but we discovered that there is parking outside for 10$ We arrived before the check-in time, they told us that if we want there is a more upgraded room in exchange for $200 more. But we got exactly the room we ordered

ドジャースタジアムへのアクセスが最高

ドジャースタジアムでの野球観戦のため宿泊しました。渋滞がなければスタジアムまで車で15分程度、uberの料金は20ドル前後というロケーションが最高でした。夜のホテルの周辺は治安が悪そうでしたが、ホテルの車寄せはストリートから見えない位置にあり、ナイターの帰りも安心して戻ることができました。エレベータは70階で一度降りてフロントの前を通り、別のエレベータに乗り換えて部屋に行くシステムです。若干面倒なものの、周辺の治安を考えると安心して宿泊できて良いと思いました。

冷蔵庫がない（ミニバーの隙間に500ミリのペットボトルを２本くらい入れるスペースあり）のが不便。ミニバー、ネスプレッソが備え付けてあるのに、グラスやマグカップではなく、プラスチックのカップと紙コップしかなかったのが残念でした。

Hotel ok - Personal nicht in Ordnung

die Lage war gut

- Personal benötigt dringend eine Schulung in Höflichkeit - es gibt kein zentraler Anhaltspunkt, sondern es wird sofort auf den „anderen“ Manager verwiesen - überall versteckte Kosten, wie z.B. - Kosten für grosse Gruppen (wir waren 4 Erwachsene und 2 Kleinkinder) in zwei Zimmer - Trinkgeld wurde auch berechnet für das Frühstücksbuffet - obwohl wir inkl. Frühstück gebucht haben, wurden die Kinder zusätzlich verrechnet, da nur 2 Erwachsene Personen frühstücken dürfen

Rien que pour la vue il faut y aller !

La réception au 70ème étage fait son petit effet (je vous conseille d'aller aux toilettes pour hommes, une surprise vous attend). Les chambres sont très confortables, de bonne taille et avec des toilettes séparés. Le personnel est très sympathique, toujours un petit mot sympa. La salle de sport et la piscine sont parfaites. C'est presque un incontournable de Los Angeles !

On nous a demandé les 2 matins de régler le petit-déjeuner alors qu'il était compris dans notre réservation. C'est toujours contraignant de devoir prendre du temps pour régler ce genre de soucis administratifs. Mais au final, tout à été traité correctement par l'hôtel.

Exceptional hotel in many respects; great value for the money

The breakfast was AMAZING (even for its price of $39 per person plus 18% mandatory gratitude for our family of four). I have never seen six flavors of smoked/marinated fish, besides a large variety of ham, eggs, sausages, pastry, vegetables, cereals and high quality fruit served all at once each day in a hotel breakfast buffet. The gym was fantastic - large, exceptionally well equipped, with added dry saunas and showers. Great view from our room on 39th floor to the LA downtown and beyond. The room and the beds were comfortable. The hotel provided an extra full-sized bed free of charge!

We were given a room on floor 39 instead of a "high floor", because ours was "unavailable" during check-in. The very nice receptionist offered me a $20 credit towards beverages at the bar (which I didn't use), and an extra pull-on bed free of charge, which I highly appreciated. The elevator system needed to be get used to. To travel between floors you have to first go to level 70, enjoy the view and then go to your room, gym or whatever. Every time someone in the elevator grumbled about this weirdness. The valet-only parking was $68 a day, the highest price in my experience.

Das Frühstück ist sehr gut. Eine tolle Auswahl -für amerikanische Verhältnisse eher untypisch- an gesundem und frischen Obst & Gemüse. Room Service nett und Zuverlässig. Gute Speisen. Das GYM ist außergewöhnlich. TOP Location. TOP Ausstattung TOP TOP TOP

Die Zimmer sind ein wenig umständlich über die verschieden Fahrstühle zu erreichen, was ein umsteigen erfordert. Bei Stoßzeiten bedeutet das längere Wartezeiten. Die Rezeption ist zu Stoßzeiten nicht optimal besetzt- längere Wartezeiten

It was overall a great experience.

I enjoyed the staff's friendliness, attention to detail and good service. I enjoyed the room overall, and the view. I also enjoyed the valet services and how courteous they were as well.

The room was strangely insulated as it was stuffy but also cold somehow. The bathroom lights could not be controlled in a way to illuminate only the separated toilet area vs. the rest of the bathroom (or we were dumb enough not to understand.) Lastly, the transfer elevator system was a slight inconvenience, but that might have been because there was some kind of convention in town.

I booked for a room with 2 beds, but I was given 1 bed, after talking to the stuff I was moved to a different room with 2 beds. The room was dusting, and there was a hole on each of the sheet bed. My baby was sneezing all the time. My wife did not like it at all. There was nothing in the room except a small fridge bar. The room was not even ready to be used, but they still let us use it. After I talked to the stuff about it, nothing was done. They just said they were sorry. They charged me for parking and also for breakfast even it was included in my booking. I paid $390 for one night included breakfast, but they're still charging me for it. Never got a refund for that.

I only like the view that's it.

Comfortable stay but third party booking system needs to be improved

Booked through booking.com. Initially booked with breakfast (had the booking confirmation), was enquiring with hotel through online messager n the next thing I know, the breakfast was removed from the rooms. Just in case the change never got registered into the system, I cancelled the rooms and did a fresh booking. When I arrived at the hotel, the hotel told me 2 of the 3 rooms I booked were supposed to check in the following day. This is in contrast with the booking confirmation from booking.com where it indicated 3 rooms of the same date. The whole booking process is a mess..

멋진 전망 (특히 야경) 루프탑 바도 친절하고 분위기 좋습니다

전망이 좋았어요! 리셉션이 고층에 있어 LA 전경이 한눈에 들어왔습니다. 아이들이 있어서 다운타운에서 밤에 돌아다니면 위험할수도 있어 야경을 볼수있는 숙소로 했어요! 방도 잘 정리되어 있고 전반적으로 쾌적한 숙소였습니다.

고층 리셉션이 장점이자 단점인데 방으로 가려면 꼭 리셉션을 들려서 다시 내려가야했습니다. 알고 예약한거라 괜찮았는데 몰릴때는 좀 기다려야해서 시간 여유를 가지고 움직여야할듯요.

Beautiful Comfort Stay

The hotel Building its in a very nice Spot of the city Where you have nice Restuanrants around the building. there is a kind of shopping mall on the opposite side of the road which was really helpful. Rooms they were really great and the best thing I enjoyed everyday was the Top view of LA City it was absoultly amazing.

Not as good as I had hoped!

Room was fine- clean and a decent view.

Your front desk staff seriously needs customer service training!! Prior to arrival I asked for an early check in (1pm) as we were attending an event. The first front desk clerk we spoke with didn't even greet us with a hello or a smile, just nodded his head to us in line. No greeting from anyone. He then told us we would have to pay an early check in fee- we had not been advised of this in advance. If your guest goes to the trouble of asking for this in advance, you should advise them in advance of any extra fees. He then summarily sent us over to a "supervisor" who was really of no help and told us the same thing. Again, no smile or welcome. Overall, not a great first impression. We won't be back.
