Very good

The motel was adorable. Bed was extremely comfortable. Continental breakfast was delicious. The owner was so accommodating. Would definitely come and stay again! Thank you Kelly!

Hope to return in the future.

The property was very clean. It was newly renovated from an old motel to a modern updated property. This is the second such kind of property we have stayed in. Hopefully, more can be saved. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The only draw back was the air conditioner was high up the wall with a nice kitchenette built below. It is impossible from for 4-5.5 ft person to reach the controls. Hopefully, they are able to replace the units with ones that have a remote control or the quieter ductless versions.

We loved it!

The pool great. The staff was great! The chairs outside the room were good. Parking was easy. The hang out was good. Close to town. Good continental breakfast. Coffee was on when I went in late (like 11) which was nice. Lots of creamer options. Gave us a late check out for my daughter would swim longer.

The bathroom stayed really humid bc there wasn’t a fan.

Love Kennebunkport !

Location was excellent as it was very close drive to Dock Square. I liked that it was close enough to the town without it feeling like it was, I enjoyed getting coffee in the morning from the front office and sitting outside to enjoy the peace and quiet and view. Rachel was so sweet and made our stay enjoyable.

We would definitely return here!

Easy walk into town, lovely big property with firepit, swimming pool, great outdoor places to relax. Nicely renovated, very comfortable and clean rooms. Super friendly staff.

Perfect room for four persons.

Good bit room, perfect breakfast offered for free. Pool area was good. Overall very happy with our stay!

Surprisingly good!

We liked everything about this place. The owner doing her outmost to make us feel comfortable and happy. She even went the extra mile to buy gluten free food for our son for breakfast. And they actually had a little complimentary breakfast.I don’t even remember that being in the reservation but maybe that was just me. ;-) They have a nice pool and backyard. It is outside the center of the village so we woke up with birds singing. And it is very affordable.

It is pretty loud between rooms. Could hear the neighbor snoring… But earplugs took care of that. Maybe someone will think it’s a bit far from the center but that depends what you want to do. For us it was perfect. We needed our car anyway.

Was ok but Rachel was very nice and accommodated our early arrival.

Our “neighbors” were out on the porch smoking and partying until 1am . We couldn’t sleep.

Highly recommended, not luxury but a decent place to stay

This is basic accommodation but done well. The owner was pleasant and obviously very hard working. We heard from locals how she has completely turned the property around after taking it over. The breakfast is a nice touch and done well.

Friendly, clean, quiet and quaint motor lodge!!

The location is perfect. Just outside of town. It’s quiet but convenient. The breakfast was a great variety of foods and different everyday. Staff was amazing. Rachel the owner is super friendly and ready to help if needed. Grounds are beautiful and clean. Plenty of firewood for fire pit. Pool is clean. Room was super clean and bed was very comfortable!! Best accommodations I have had in years!!!

Fantastic host and a nice out-of-the-crowd location

the breakfast was a pleasant surprise as it was not mentioned as an amenity. Not licensed to provide any hot items, the hostess did a good job with fresh fruit, pastries and such. She was also greatly beneficial in attending to our needs and to assisting with information regarding the local area.

The room was a bit dated and mad a musty odor that required us to leave the windows open when not using the A/C. Parking was a bit of an issue when the property was fully occupied, but that was a result of how the building was set. The price was higher than we are accustomed to for this level of accommodation, but still the best value in the high-priced Kennebunkport area.
