We loved the hot tub and pool, as well as the room. The bed was super comfortable and the room was clean.
They appeared to be short staffed, as we were in a huge line at check in that took at least 25 minutes to get through. Also, we couldn’t check in until four because they were short on maids. The front desk attendants weren’t the nicest or the most professional.

This was my second time here. It is a nice quiet oasis in chaotic Portland. The bed was very comfy. The in room coffee was good. I also enjoyed the steam room, sauna, and hot tub. The non-alcoholic beverage choices in the café were yummy.
The bolt lock on the door is tough to turn. Maybe needs some WD-40 or something? Room service could have more food options like a salad with a protein.

Grateful that the event on the evening before I left town, wrapped up at 9pm (my flight was at 7am).
Guests leave their water bottles and pizza boxes around the foyer. We pointed out one that had been left for over six hours. The pizza box had been there since around noon when we left and was still there when we returned in the evening. We pointed it out to a staff member and it was quickly whisked away.

Valet was a mess, not worth the $$. The rooms are decent, nothing special. The area was boring and deserted, other than a later checkout I wouldn’t say anything stands out. Windows were so dirty I couldn’t take a photo of the view.

I like how clean was the hotel
I didn’t like not having a smart tv with access to streaming services. The tv was super limited.
The menu at the room had the wrong time of service and I was unable to get food during part of the day. It was very frustrating.
The room that I was in had an issue with the bathroom sink. The water was almost not available. Super week.
Only 1 elevator working. Could have more since the place has 4 elevators in total

The pool, spa and sauna were great
Very very dark interiors. only 2 paper cups for coffee, not enough creamers,no glasses for the bathroom. The staff at the desk promised to bring more. They didn’t. Phones were not answered.
service terrible at the restaurant.

the property is in a great location. We were able to walk all over downtown and were very close to the waterfront. The property is modern and the rooms are nice. Beds are super comfortable. Staff is friendly.
The only complaint I had was, when I booked my room it stated breakfast included, and it was a little extra for that option and that was fine, but they only give you a 15 dollar per person credit, which would be fine, but almost everything on the menu is well over 15 dollars, so breakfast isn’t really included when you pay extra for the breakfast option and not many food options are offered in that price range

The hotel was very clean and the location was excellent.
The explanation of how the paying of breakfast worked. Also there was no map or information about where the pool was. Of course we can ask, but it seemed odd to have that info available without asking.

The lobby was well taken care off
We never went to the roft top because it was for +21 year olds and we brought kids

We stayed during the recent inclement weather and staff were very friendly and helpful.
Downstairs restaurant was a little bit drafty.

Location was close to the moda center, great food, staff provided great service, food options were great and evening entertainment had a welcoming atmosphere.
Nothing.

Nice dinner in ground floor restaurant. Almost no other diners there which was nice to not worry about the children we had with us disturbing other guests. Nice pool area and sauna.
Quieter doors for bathroom and presence of a bathroom fan - steamy room after showers.

Guest service was so helpful and so kind !
The sheets weren’t soft , felt like paper . But our room was clean and comfortable.

the pool and the area around the hotel was amazing great for walking around
the room was not what was advertised. looked good in pictures the exterior of the hotel was amazing as well as the amenities but the room was very outdated and poor quality felt like a completely different hotel the in the room

The location was the redeeming quality of this location.
1)Parking at the hotel was crazy expensive.
2)Staff seemed under trained and under staffed. None seemed to enjoy their job.
3)no vent in the restroom & pocket doors
4)thin walls meant hearing everything around you
5)bed slides of bed frame

The bed was comfortable and view was great
They made us wait an hour after check in time for room and made our plans late. Hot tub not hot enough and neighbors argued all night and when we called security they did nothing about it

I liked the location.
We booked a suite for our wedding weekend and when my wife arrived they told her our suite was unavailable. Even though it was booked months in advance. They tried to make it right by giving us two rooms. This however was not why we booked with them, we needed the larger suite to provide comfortable enough space for the bridal party to get ready. We also had family stay in the hotel and they also had issues with their rooms. One had a smashed tv in the bedroom of their suite. Others had house keeping walk into their rooms even with do not disturb signs on the door, as well as a late check out.

The hotel was very nice and clean. The staff was friendly and courteous. The pool and hot tub was fun and relaxing.
A housekeeping call for towels and a luggage rack went unattended. I wish the no parking was made into a more prominent point. It's not something I thought I needed to check for but this definitely opened up my eyes and made me aware of the need for it. Valet is just another expense to consider when planning your travels.

Cleaness.
There was quite a few things we did not like. First, we needed more towels so we called the housekeeping and service line. The first time, they bought us bath robes so we had to call again. The second time, no one answered after we called multiple times. We had to go down in person and they told us that they were busy but that they would bring up more towels. We also noticed that the vanity mirror and the big lamp did not work. We didn’t really care so we left it like that but if we were staying longer we would of said something. Finally, the most creepiest thing occurred. We had left to a concert and when we came back there was a pair of thick black male socks near my baggage. None of us wear those type of socks (we compared all our socks) and we were freaking out. We called front desk and they said that they would be able to give us a new set of keys and that they didn’t see anyone go in the room. I attached the picture of the socks so you can see it yourself. They look worn. We even checked the entire room to see if there was a creepy opening that might have had someone living/hiding in the room. Also, you can hear EVERYONE walking/talking by your hotel room as it appears that the rooms aren’t built to reduce noise.
