Not worth paying this price.

I have booked two rooms, one room was ok, another one on the first floor was very poor. Breakfast was awful, no choice, low quality juice, very small pieces of melon and water melon. Kids refused to have breakfast at the hotel, so we went to Avenue cafe in th city center.

The room was very poor, at the same price we booked Lulu hotel which was much more comfortable.

Staff was helpful and provided all the necessary amenities.

The shataff in my room was located 5 meters away from the toilet and the security box was absent.

Perfect for the Family

Very clean, friendly staff and family atmosphere. When ever you need something they are ready to help. You can see from the service that management is good and trying to provide friendly environment as i didn't expect this perfect customer service in Bishkek.

Room are big.

The staff behave like school headmaster. Alot of fines and do and dont notifications. You feel like you are been watched observed and judged.

The staff was very co-operative and trained. Cleanliness is perfect. Room was perfect as i expect.

Everything is good but they just have to work on restaurant in the hotel.

Cleanliness, and friendly staff, specially there was one room with a shower in the toilet! which doesn’t exist anywhere else.

Great Hotel

I cannot speak highly enough of Lumarc. This was our second time staying at Lumarc. The staff are really helpful & friendly. The rooms are cleaned very well each day. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are spacious. Breakfast varies slightly each day and is delicious. Lumarc also offers in hotel massage. It was honestly the best massage I have ever had! Definitely a must do if you stay at Lumarc.

The hotel stay was very pleasant and comfortable. The hotel was very clean. Breakfast was included and very tasty. Front desk staff very helpful. Great choice.

Pleasant

Staff were friendly and helpful.

Room doors have a frosted glass pane in them. Light comes in from sensor light in hall turning on and off all night terrible design. Floors all tiles, no carpet, all noises echo loudly.

Clean design, comfortable

The door to the room has a opaque glass panel to the hallway. Every time the hallway sensor is activated (like at 2am) the light shines through your room and there is no way to block it
