appena sufficiente, non ci tornerei

La posizione vicinissima alla piazza.

Nella descrizione c'era scritto "appartamento con aria condizionata" ma l'aria condizionata non c'era!!! (C'erano dei ventilatori nelle camere, pieni di polvere). Una delle 2 camere NON aveva nemmeno una finestra. L'altra camera aveva delle finestre che si aprivano di appena 10 cm (perchè le ante sbattevano sul letto) e non avevano niente per oscurare la luce. Il bagno aveva una vasca senza tenda ne protezione, quindi ad ogni doccia il pavimento del bagno andava asciugato ma ci hanno dato 1 SOLO tappetino per 5 persone. Ogni ospite aveva 1 solo asciugamano. Siamo stati 3 notti in un periodo molto caldo,

Great apartment with good facilities in an excellent location

It was clean & comfortable. Good facilities. Good shower with good water pressure. Washer & dryer was great. Excellent location! Loads of shops and restaurants very close. Host was very helpful! I would stay there again

Building lobby was dark. This was not a big problem.

Excelente ubicacion y trato muy amable

La ubicación es excelente, puedes ir andando la todos los lugares de interés. Con un codigo de entrada puedes acceder en cualquier momento. Pudimos dejar las maletas el último día en consigna dentro de la habitación sin problemas, esto nos vino genial porque nuestro vuelo salía a las 21.30.

Que no hubiera cortinas o una mampara en la ducha. El baño es algo pequeño. Pero estoy segura que el tamaño de las habitaciones no es estándar y dependerá del tipo de de habitación que se reserve.

Aparthotel Rembrandt is an excellent location, a minute's walk from the market square, the center and very well connected to everything. Clean and comfortable. we were 10 people and we had two apartments, one with 4 bedrooms, two bathrooms and a kitchen equipped with everything. Overall, everything was very good. We had a particular problem on the last night which was immediately managed not very well with communication, not from the owner but from other specific people, but which was resolved in a short time and above all in the best way the next day in the way we expected for a customer. In the end, a location recommended to everyone, comfortable, clean, easy to reach, perfect for a beautiful place and a great trip to Krakow.

В этом отеле прекрасно все! Стоимость, расположение и удобства. Мы очень довольны. Отель находится в самом центре, его легко найти и по инструкции, мы быстро нашли наш номер. Номер чистый и красивый, в нем есть все необходимое: утюг, чайник, посуда, вешалки для одежды, много шкафов, фен и прочее. Администратор был очень любезен. Я однозначно рекомендую этот отель! 😉

Location is great, just few meters from the main square but not noisy. Just in the evening more people pass by the windows

When I was searching 2 rooms appartment I was expecting more isolation. But here was one room with mezzanine - intermediate floor. And since it was made of wood it crackle when some one gets up or walk and wake up other sleeping downstairs.

Superb

The property is located a few dozen metres from the central part of the old town. Close to Wawel ( 15 minutes on foot ), trams and buses in very close proximity. Access to any strategic point of Cracow possible. The flat itself very comfortable and clean. Check-in very well solved ( self cheking ) at any time. Good contact with the staff by phone ( good support at any time). Very good equipment of the flat ( big desk, chest of drawers, fridge, comfortable beds, safe, big wardrobe ). On the first floor, access to a kitchenette, washing machine and laundry dryer.

There is no air conditioner but instead there is a fan conveniently located. Lack of parking, but it can be arranged (by previous research of nearby car parks and possibilities to park the car further from the market). It is necessary to give oneself time before arrival in order not to look for it at the last moment (then it may be even impossible).

Not for family with kids

Very good location and helpful hostess Liza. She knows a lot of information about good places.

We got a very small duplex room. But it’s very difficult to call it duplex, because on the second floor can stay only kids. 2 nights almost without hot water. In Krakow was very hot, and we haven’t opportunity to take a shower, it’s not enough even warm water for one person.

Only good thing was location couldn't get into apartment without the help of our taxi driver

No breakfast provided

Towels and sheets were only changed once in 3 weeks and had to empty our own rubbish and toaster cooking facilities and washing machine not provided in actual apartment

Great location, a decent three star hotel at a fair price. No lift.

Excelent location

Made the mistake of upgrading to a Duplex room. I'd misread it and thought I was upgrading to a Delux room. Big mistake as it was four single beds with a mezanine. Okay for four singles visiting Krakow but not good for a married couple in their 60s. No lifts so carrying cases up to the third floor wasnt easy.

The best hotel we could've hoped for. Walk out the door and you're on the main square. The rooms were clean. The TV had free Netflix. There were Restaurants all around. The wi-fi was fast and the air conditioning strong.

Clean and close to old town

Not sent instructions on how to enter the property and which room I was supposed to be in. There was no one in reception. The 24 hour reception phone didn't work. The contact number on the information didn't work. When I sent them a message they didn't reply to me until 15 hours later. I had to contact booking.com customer services who also took a while to reply. I was alone in an unfamiliar city with a room booking but no way of finding out where I was supposed to be sleeping. In the end it was sorted within 24 hours.

Fabulous family-friendly location close to the Main Square!

Terrific for families! Our family of 4 really loved the room with beds in the loft for the kids. The bathroom was newly renovated and spotless. The location of the property was excellent - just off the Main Square. I felt good knowing that the owner was always accessible by phone text. At the end of our stay, he helped arrange transport to the airport. Highly recommend this property!

If travelers have disabilities, it might be difficult to reach the rooms (walk up). This wasn't an issue for us, but people should be advised.

there was 52 steps to our room on the top floor and it’s a lot when you have to carry cases and bags and no where to leave luggage once checked out

Unbeatable location and helpful staff. Great value for the money.

Location was excellent, kitchenette in a separate floor, not in the room. Coffee and tea in the room, as well as a small fridge. Bathroom was clean, like new. Heating and hot water readily available (we were there mid-February). A problem with the safe box in the room was fixed soon after reported. Free wi-fi was very fast (over 80Mbps).

The room was cold, even with the heating on, however the blanket was very good. No regular tv or radio available, only Netflix (ie. not news, sports or Polish TV).

A nice apartment with flawed heating and appliances

Excellent location, minutes away from the key landmarks. Easy to reach by foot if you come by train. A lot of convenience stores and restaurants around. Several rooms and comfortable beds in them made it possible for our group to accommodate easily. The owner promptly sent an employee to check the fuse box when the electricity went off.

We stayed at Apt. no. 9 The heating could have been better. It is hard to expect that an apartment of this size and with such high ceilings can be heated with several small electric radiators in the month of February. The electrical stove did not work which prevented us from cooking a proper meal. The refrigerator did not work as well but it was cold enough in the apartment to keep our food in it without any problems.

Perfect location in old town Krakow

Great location in old town Krakow, just steps from the main square....perfect for our Christmas market trip! Bedroom had a double bed below and 3 twins in the loft, enabling the kids to have their own beds, which they really appreciate. Heaters worked fabulously to keep the apartment warm, which is very important during the cold winter when we visited. Television includes Netflix which was nice to have when the Christmas market closed early one evening.

We were disappointed the property didn't do a better job with snow and ice removal. Neither the sidewalk outside the property, nor the interior courtyard we had to cross were ever cleared during the 4 days of snow and ice. Also, heaters were not turned on until just before our arrival, so it took more than 1/2 a day to get the room actually warm. It was great once it got warm, but took awhile to get there. Bathroom needed some attention.....the shower drain was very slow, and the toilet was loose on the wall.
