Lovely place, excellent host, excellent location if you want a quiet base to work from

Excellent location..away from the town centre but close enough for easy walking access. Room was clean and airy, bathroom was excellent, nice selection toiletries and towels. Abundance of tea and coffee in the room and close at hand if you ran out. Host was welcoming but left us to enjoy our stay without intruding

Lovely spacious room

Lovely, spacious room with spotless bathroom. The owner showed us around the room and then left us to enjoy our break. Plenty of tea and coffee available. Great location with plenty of street parking.

no hot water in shower . room in full full sun most of the day, too hot.had to ask for condements.the breakfast room was always empty and no sign on the door.Could do with a dressing table with mirror for ladies hair and make up.The chairs in the room were uncomfortable

Our weekend break

The overall experience was exceptional we went for a weekend to relax and that's exactly what we did. The owners were lovely it definitely is a place that feels like home. We will definitely be returning again soon. We didn't have breakfast as we love a full English and only offered a continental breakfast which wasn't for us but we found a cafe nearby which was reasonable.

There isn't anything that we could fault with this place. The entire weekend from the room to the people who own it all, I can say, " You have a lovely place and are lovely people, and we will be back soon.

Beautiful guest apartment. Extremely comfortable and restful with terrific owners.

Stunning views from all windows. The windows are large and the apartment is very bright. Scrupulously clean and incredibly comfortable. Probably the most comfortable bed ever! Paul and Christine (owners) are very welcoming and nothing is too much trouble. The loveliest guest house! I will definitely stay here again!

Wouldn’t change a thing! I very much needed a restful break and I got it. Lovely people.

Nice room. Parking & loading hard.

Great location. Clean and nice room.

Parking is not available apart from a drive which is available for loading. Upon departure a Mercedes was blocking the drive so we couldn't load up easily.

perfect location, lovely aera. Paul and Christine are the most wonderful host and hostess in the world, very nice and helpful. The rooms are stylish and well-equipped.

Friendly helpful couple, good location.

The nice couple who own the large house were both very welcoming & genuine, friendly & helpful. They kindly keep my luggage safe while I went out, after check out time. The room had everything I needed, it was clean & quiet. They have nice relaxing music playing in the background in the reception area. It's just around the corner from the train station & shops. About halfway from either shore in Llandudno.

I was in a good sized single room, on the first floor (no lift). The only issue was the ensuite bathroom was very compact. I'm not tall or big build but there wasn't much elbow room. The bathroom door didn't open back fully, as it stopped against the end of the bed. I could get in & out though. It's manageable.

Comfortable and relaxing stay.

The owners were lovely people .The rooms were very clean .Breakfast was excellent good quality food.Short walk to cafes pubs and the beach.View of the great Orme from our room.

Lovely stay

Lovely place, very welcoming hosts. Nice breakfast. We would definitly stay here again if we were in the area
