Las dependencias, el trato de Marlene, siempre intentando ayudarte y hacer todo más fácil, incluso recomendando sitios para visitar. La habitación un lujo.
Nada, todo perfecto, lamento no habernos quedado más dias

It was a pleasure to see inside, and stay in this lovely old house

Short bus trip from the centre of Edinburgh. House Close to bus stop. Lots of character. Kettle and tea coffee making available in room. Across the road from Sainsbury to pick up breakfast items.
We were in a family room, myself and adult daughter. Getting ready in the morning needed a strategy as there was only one mirror and that was in the bathroom.
No shower gel and shampoo on offer in bathroom. Beds were squeaky getting in but once in they were comfortable.

Super place to stay on quick bus route to Edinburgh with parking. Airy room with super soft bedding! We loved it. Thank you.

Amazing building. Wonderful and kind hostess with beautiful, spacious rooms, and a great bathroom. Seriously. The shower was brilliant. The couch, beds, and TV were lovely. Such bright and sunny windows. The place made it hard to leave and go explore the city.
Only improvements I can think of would be (tmi) a toilet brush and perhaps a mini fridge, but I realize they're high in electricity consumption.

Maureen was a very friendly host. The beds are very comfortable. We came by car but I believe that the location is on a bus route into the city.
The blinds / curtains are a bit thin to keep out the light during a short Scottish summer night. Bring a sleep mask if that might bother you. Guests need to be aware that there is no breakfast option.

The operator Maureen and his son are very nice and ready to give help when in need.
In general the room is clean and comfortable. The location is convenient. I think the standard of the room can be further improved if a table and a chair can be provided for writing or doing other things. It is also suggested to add some hangers in the bathroom so that the clothes can be better placed. Thanks.

The bathroom were sparkling. Beds were comfortable, clean and tidy. Lady was very welcoming.
Toilets took very long to refill when used. Tap in one of the showers needed some maintenance.

Maureen our host was lovely, made us feel right at home from as soon as we arrived. Lovely old building, the room was great, and the cleanliness is bar none, Maureen has that place spick and span! Tea and coffee refilled the next day, along with fresh bed sheets and towels.
Everything was spot on! I know covid probably hit Maureen's business hard, and i think that's why she's still tending to most of the business herself, i hope things start to pick up in the future and would love to see breakfast come back in the mornings. But she's doing a grand job!

The property was in a good condition with all the necessary essentials needed. The host made sure that the hygiene was maintained which is something very important in this age.
There are no complains.

beautiful room with high ceiling, furnished in a simple but stylish way

Nice, clean and good location.
a bit of too many stairs if you’re carrying big suitcases.

The guest house is in a very good position, the city centre is only minutes away by bus and although we didn't profit from it there's also a supermarket just across the street. We appreciated the fascinating interiors, and the (tiny) comfort of our four-bed room plus renovated bathroom were enough for our needs.
The building itself is not new, so you've got to deal with creaking floors and old fixtures.

The hotel needs fresh refurbishment

Onsite parking was very convenient.
The bus stop was just around the corner and regular services run in and out of the city centre.
Accomodating friendly staff.
No bathroom shelf or place to store shampoo, toothbrushes etc.

The Guest House was in a good location. It was near Cameron Toll and there were buses into the Centre every few minutes. It also had parking.
The building was beautiful but slightly run down.

central, too. Would definitely return. Thank you.

The rooms are huge and well equipped, the building is just stunning.

We liked the location of the guest house and the lovely welcome we received.
Room, although dated, was cosy with tv and tea/coffee facilities.
The en suite was modern and the shower was excellent.
Traffic a little noisy, especially the emergency services vehicles.
Room a little dated but comfortable.
