Good layout of rooms to accommodate us all, well equipped kitchen, lots of hot water, garage for parking, great location in Plymouth
Bathroom floor was a bit old and ill fitting.

Great location close to the park and walking distance from town. Comfy beds and sofas. Nice to have the garage to park in as well.
Could have done with some more equipment in the kitchen

Excellent communication from Owners with willingness to help re parking and access

Very convenient location for Plymouth centre and the Hoe. Very quiet street.

Great location for exploring the city and coast. Cosy coach house with good sized rooms and facilities. Lovely hosts, very quick to respond to questions. Garage parking if you request, perfect for the city centre location as street parking is permit or pay & display.
There wasn't a teapot, but that's a personal preference and we survived đ. Garage is good size but our admittedly large estate car only fit at an angle with inches to spare. Will probably be ok for most though and as it was at no extra cost, not really a problem.

Very clean and a double garage perfect for us

I stayed at the property for two nights with my two adult sons and it was perfect for us with the three bedrooms and nicer than a guest house as it meant we could have more time together. Ideal location close to everything and in a very quiet street. We arrived by train so had to walk everywhere and the property was very convenient. The property was spotlessly clean, with everything we needed. We had a lovely time in Plymouth and very much looking forward to coming back.

Accommodation was ideal for the 4 of us, location excellent and car parking in garage is perfect. Like the welcome pack of milk and biscuits.
Needs some information on use of things, i.e dishwasher, heating, hot water etc

Location ideal to explore Plymouth.
Beds comfortable.
Size of kitchen - minute.
Lack of space to eat - kitchen only big enough for one person. All food had to be carried upstairs. We ate on our laps.
Floorboards exceptionally noisy. Shower is in bath.

Nice little extra touches like a welcome pack of fresh milk and chocolate biscuits on arrival.
Nothing, all queries prior to the visit were answered swiftly and fully so there were no surprises or problems.

Excellent location. Garage parking a bonus. Very clean and comfortable. Perfect base for a couple of days in Plymouth.
We were down for our son's graduation, so 5 minute walk to the Guildhall was ideal.

Things can always be better, but for the price? I donât think so.

Excellent location - once car was parked it wasn't used again until we left. Accommodation had everything we needed. Lovely having the little outdoor space for a morning coffee or evening glass of wine. Lots of restaurants and cafes a short walk away. We had wonderful weather so were able to swim in the sea just in front of the Lighthouse!

Noisy upstairs floor.

From start to finish, the coach house was amazing. We booked on a whim 3 days prior to arrival, and pleased we did. Great kitchen/dining room, upstairs to the comfy sitting room/lounge area with tv and plenty of room. Bathroom also really nice with a super powerful shower! And the beds so comfortable we couldnât help but lay in a couple of mornings!
The outside area was also really nice in the hot weather, with flowers and plants in lovley pots and seating.
Another masive benefit for us, was how quiet the road is at night. Despite being only a short walk away from both the city centre and the barbican, there was no noise, even with the windows wide open.
Also, great parking in the garage, free of charge!!
The host Dorothea, sent me a list of lots of places to eat out, which we nearly managed all of them! Very thoughtful!
We loved Plymouth and the coach house and would love to come back!
We had to leave!

Having a garage to park the car; nice, comfortable living area, well-equipped kitchen, nice little courtyard for sitting out in, walking distance to the Hoe.
It would have been lovely to have a couple of essentials on arrival, especially some milk - just enough for the first night. We had bought some tea bags with us but not milk. We had to go out and search for a shop. Coming from New Zealand we are used to having tea and coffee making ingredients in almost all holiday accommodation. This was our first airbnb since arriving in Britain and we are now better prepared for what to expect. Not much room for cases in bedrooms

The location was great. Loved having the parking facilities. The property was clean and nicely decorated we were pleasantly surprised when we arrived.
The only thing I can say is the two double bed mattresses weren't the most comfy I've slept on but not too uncomfortable either .

A good size in a good location close to the City centre and also Plymouth Hoe and the seafront. Dorothea was very helpful answering all our questions promptly.
Has garage parking which is a real bonus.
Creaking floorboards - but we were warned

Excellent location and really great to have a.all things like dishwasher tablets and washing up liquid provided. High quality bathroom products too and the shower was fantastic. Off street parking in this location was a luxury. We really enjoyed our stay and will come to Dorethea first when plan on our next visit.

the property was a great size, had all the necessary facilities and was close to everything
the oven was a bit slow but it worked and we were able to cook our breakfast so not the end of the world!

So central but still very quiet. excellent having off street parking in the garage. lovely decor throughout
old property so the floor boards are squeaky but to be expected

The coach house was in a fabulous location near the hoe, Plymouth pavilion etc, the free secured parking was a bonus which came in very handy, the house was very well equipped with everything that was needed and a nice seating area in the garden came in very handy especially as the weather was very sunny all in all a lovely stay with lovely hosts would definitely stay here again
Nothing really to dislike although the floor boards were a bit squeaky
