Very disappointing

The view is amazing and the pool is lovely. The size of the three bedroom villa is good.

Expensive for Thailand for what is actually is. The view is amazing, which is basically what you’re overpaying for. Loved the villa on the whole, but a bit grotty round the pool area and some other areas. It was 40c and there were no sun umbrellas; despite asking, so sitting outside was uncomfortable because there’s no shade at all. this was so uncomfortable for some as the air-con in the living area is poor too. Also, no beach towels the on second day were missing (despite the cleaner having been apparently). There is no key for the door… it is a code lock like you’d see on an office door / gate; it can’t be locked from the inside, so anyone that knows the code can let themselves in. There are also doors that don’t lock…being up in the jungle made us feel unsafe as someone actually walked in the villa middle of day without any reason; which was worrying and inappropriate as he didn’t even say why he’d let himself in. This was for a special birthday, and this wasn’t acknowledged in any way (considering the shop is a taxi drive away, a few essentials would be good). place if things could be changed a little. We ordered a takeaway and was told the restaurant was closed over an hour after we placed the order with the reception. We then ordered from another restaurant who missed four items from the delivery, which wasn’t rectified. Overall, the customer service and experience isn’t up to the standard of the price being charged.

superb views over the ocean and for the sunset

taxi needed to get to beach, bars and restaurants. possible to walk down to , impossible to walk back up. The villa is on a mountain in the forest, so chances of seeing wildlife such as insects and snake are pretty high. lots of mosquitoes.

no israeli people go to them after he ruined our honeymoon

we have a lizard and more animals inside the room and pong doesn’t cares about it, he throw me and my wife in 23:30 from the villa and he knows that we couldn’t find a other hotel because they closed after 22:00 I have pictures about everything don’t go to them do me a favour and for yourself . this is was terrifying he tell us that he order a taxi driver but no he doesn’t we stuck in the jungle a 30 minutes until we order the taxi and he doesn’t care about us!! I never forget this and I hope that you pong be a good person like all the Thailand people

Heaven on earth

Everything about this place was heaven. The staff were so nice, welcoming and looked after you. I couldn't recommend staying here more! As soon as we walked in we were absolutely in love. The bed was so comfortable and the pillows were amazing. The view and pool were so beautiful. We will be back for sure!! Thank you for having us.

There was nothing that I didn't like about this incredible slice of paradise.

Perfect way to enjoy your honeymoon- privately and with the nicest view

We stayed there for your honeymoon and it was more than perfect! Pong picked us up at the pier and brought us up the hill to our bungalow. He gave us every instruction we would need. There is even a possibility to order food, which was very nice for our arrival day. To get up/down the hill you can either rent a motorbike or get a taxi when you want to got to the beach. Pong was very helpful in any matter, very friendly and we felt like home! Thank you Pong, recommendations were made and a friend of mine whose getting married next year want to stay here for their honeymoon too :)! All the best, Alexandra & Thomas

Everything, absolutely amazing honeymoon suite, breath taking views cannot stress the views enough. Complete privacy. The staff was just something else, anything we needed they were more than happy to get, didnt have to leave the room! If you are looking for a romantic getaway this place is just great

Not a dislike but if you are 2 people on 1 scooter. Make sure you get a 150cc because that steep hill headed to the villa will put the 125cc to the test!

The view is really to-die-for, and the staff was very communicative and helpful. the beds, sofas and pretty much everything else was super comfy. Upon check-in we were informed that the AC in one of the bedrooms wasn’t working, so they just gave us an extra villa (!!!) right next to the one we booked for the whole stay with no extra charge! Hands down, this was a remarkable gesture, which we didn’t even ask for. Well done!

Excellent stay! Mr Pong, the host, was super helpful and available for assistance throughout- from picking up from the beach to arranging snorkelling tours! The views of the ocean from the balcony + private pool is really stunning and serene. Can spend hours just idling there.

Privacy (and views) comes at the price of accessibility :) The villa is located slightly further from the beach - you would need a vehicle (or use taxi) for commute. No restaurants nearby or on premises, but there are places you can order in from and get delivered.

hot water and pressure wasn’t working when arrived, power went out twice during stay, of u didn’t have a scooter it would be an inconvenience location as it is up a very steep hill out of town. no restaurant so all food had to be out sourced via scooter or taxi or delivered for extra fee. decking around pool needs repairing.

everything was excellent. We have felt at home since arrival. Pong is an excellent manager, will help and advise everything that was needed. The villa was wonderful, excellent service, daily housekeeping. Incredible views and sunsets every day. I recommend renting a motorcycle for comfortable movement on the island. We really enjoyed our vacation.

Everything was just amazing. The view the service the villa. Pong is an awesome help. You can always text him or phone him for transportation to places you like to visit. All in all just an amazing place to stay in Koh Tao !!! Totally worth the price !!
