Muy viejo e instalaciones que dejan mucho que desear

La ubicación

Instalaciones muy viejas, dejan mucho que desear. Además las habitaciones no las limpian todos los días. Las neveras de la habitación no funcionan y apenas hay enchufes en la habitación. No cuenta con ascensor

Too sad they don't maintain the hotel in a fair condition.

Location is convenient. The rooms are clean.

No elevators in the hotel. The windows don't have screen for the mosquitoes and some are not able to close. The toilet in our room was loose.

Der Empfang! Trotz sehr später Ankunft war jemand da, der uns eingecheckt hat W- Lan ok. Dusche ok. In Gehweite ein paar Imbisse und Supermärkte, Pharmazie.

Eher kleines, finsteres, beengtes Zimmer. Undichte Fenster, die man besser nicht angreift, bzw. wollte. (wir haben unsere repariert, sonst wären sie halb offen gewesen- wegen der Klimaanlage wäre es). Insgesamt eher abgewohnter, muffiger Zustand. Wir waren für 150$ eher enttäuscht.

The location

No internet no tv the guy from the front desk bryan said we dont have internet because we was at the third floor then i ask for a manager he said he dont know any manager i ask for supervisor he said he dont know either he said he was only a front desk person only for check in.But when we got in in i asked for a lower floor becuse am service connected disable veteran and he claimed calling someone that autorized a lower floor but only King bed room. We were 4 so that was not an option. It was a bad experience about their service they dont care about customer needs.worse stay we ever had in condado P.R.

I really enjoyed this stay.

The location was great, the room was very nice. However, the lightbulbs in the lamps are very dim. We did have a large window which we open to get more light.

The mattress was a little uncomfortable and I would’ve liked an iron for my clothes.

I couldn't run out of your hotel fast enough. Not suitable for family with kids.

The beds were the only thing good about the room.

No Wi-Fi, TV reception was poor, the room was very small and had very dark dirty walls, floors had old paint and stains. No smoke detector in room.

The toilet flusher never worked so we had to take the lid off the toilet eveery single time to flush

A truly strange place. It's basic and nothing works ,but the location is amazing. Crystal working the desk is an absolute angel.

Puerto Rico was lovely, but this was the worst hotel I ever stayed at.

The location was excellent.

The hotel was in need of repair. The room was not clean. The toilet and sink were in a closet. The shower was in a separate closet and there was very little water pressure. Both rooms were decrepit and looked dirty. The toilet seat was yellow and stained from age and lack of cleaning. There were zero amenities, like a microwave or refrigerator in the room. One day our room was never cleaned. Towels and pillows were in short supply always. The staff always said no and sorry to almost all requests. Many other customers were lined up at the front desk to complain. One couple decided to leave and booked another hotel. There was nothing boutique about this property. It was a 3 story property with no elevator. I would Never stay at this property again.

location.

room is so dark and small, very dodgy looking.. The lampshades old, fan isn't working, pictures crooked is like a ghost living there... i only came to sleep, so was ok, but for longer stays is very depressing! The door you have to make sure is locked like 10 times, outdated locks and looks very unsafe..

Location is good but there is no parking so you have to find street parking if in a car.

The hotel is older & falling apart. Window levers were barely hanging on. Light shines through the door. Sheets had what I’d call dingleberries!
