overall good service and clean room for the price paid

room was clean and beds were comfy, rooms were in a great location to get around London and see attractions and landmarks without too much travel. plenty to choose from for breakfast; cereal, croissants, toast, ham, cheese and lots of spreads and jams.

The room was smaller than expected for a family room and we were situated on the 3rd floor which entailed a lot of spiral stairs to climb I got creaky knees by the time I was at the second floor even my sporty child was out of breath once we got to the room. Breakfast was nice but all packaged food no fresh pastries and only 2 types of cereal granola and corn flakes.

Price / quality not that good, location was good.

The location was good, quite central. within walking distance of bus to Oxford, within walking distance of Edgware Road tube station. friendly staff and bed was okay.

The bathroom was not clean and the shower did not drain properly. In addition, the room was not very clean either.

Tiny room in a good location but the place needs some maintenance.

The service was excellent however the accommodation leaves a lot to be desired. The rain head in the shower is excellent and a pleasant change from the poor showers we've had elsewhere on our trip so far.

Here's my honest feedback First impression of the room: It's a small but comfortable room with a good bathroom however the following are wrong with it: Hair drier bracket pulled out of the wall Curtain torn Holes in the wall where power has been run roughly Burn marks in the bed runner Toilet flush button broken (flush still works) The room was on the 3rd floor with very tight stairs to access (no elevator). The stair handrails on the bottom flight up to the room were loose and pulling out of the wall. This one is a major safety hazard and hopefully will be fixed ASAP. Flat surfaces in the room not cleaned and covered in dust Remote controls (for TV and AC) dirty

We had booked a room in Victoria over the bank holiday and we’re relocated due to “maintenance” issues. Our request for a discount was flat refused despite being 25+mins away from all our reservations for the weekend which I consider extremely inconsiderate. The host in the new location was very friendly and did try to help by giving us a much earlier check in which was much appreciated

Staff were friendly and the hotel and bar were modernly decorated. Location was good for what we wanted.

Dirty everywhere

the location was very good

draft in the room, the breakfast did not look like the picture, it was dirty everywhere, twice we gave up having breakfast because it was dirty, the whole restaurant is sticky with dirt, coffee cups and spoons, plates were very dirty, the containers in which the flakes stood were disgusting, you could stick to the counter on the bar, The bathroom door was broken and couldn't be closed

Best value, central location for seeing the sights.

Excellent location for getting out to see all the sights of London. A short walk from Edgeware Road tube and also mainline services at Marylebone. The room is spacious, clean and warm with a lovely comfy bed. We travelled with our young daughter and it was spacious enough for 3. The pub was really nice and traditional with board games provided. We didn't end up having time to eat there but it looked to have some good dinner options. We received a very warm welcome and the staff did a good job of looking after us. A major plus was being just off Edgeware Road where there are so many incredible middle eastern restaurants as well as many other choices for dinner. There is also a Tesco metro, Waitrose and McDonalds all within spitting distance!

The breakfast was average. Having one vegan and one diabetic then the options were limited, bring your own soya milk!

Friendly staff, quiet location, comfortable bed.

Small room (booked deluxe double!). Tv didn't work, safe was locked.hangers couldn't be detached from rail, very awkward to hang anything in what was a minute wardrobe. "Breakfast included" was toast, packaged cheese and ham. Nothing hot..

room was very spacious and bed extremely comfy. only a 8min walk to edge ware tube station

rooms not soundproof at all so could hear neighbouring rooms all day and night. Breakfast very basic…..toast or cereal

good room no parking

the room used space very well, and it wasn’t noisy at night which was good.

it’s advertised as having parking but there is a small amount of parking nearby on the street at 5.25 for petrol or 7.25 for diesel PER HOUR. I had to go to multi storey nearby for £27 per 24 hours and that was the best rate. the breakfast is also mainly toast and cereal with no hot food which was a little disappointing.

Poor accommodation

The day we left.

Room was very cramped . Photos on your app are very deceiving. Net curtains dirty and torn. Main curtain off its runner so difficult to close for privacy. bed linen on the double bed appeared very grubby and contained another person's hair. Toilet door wouldn't lock. Shower ran cold , boiler obviously not adequate for so many guests. Breakfast was continental, slices of cheese placed out appeared and tasted hard and stale. Milk was not in a jug but left in its plastic bottle. Stairwell to rooms had a stale rancid food odour.

Staff couldn't be more helpful! We had a slight problem with out TV quiet late on, however the staff was up and got the problem sorted streyt away! Would definitely recommend!!

Great value hotel for a short trip away.

Very good location, host was very nice. The shower was very good and they provided lovely good quality shower gel. The double bed was very comfortable if a little small. There was air conditioning also which was a big bonus as London was sweltering hot when we were there.

The staircase wasn't very clean and while the room itself was clean in terms of shower and bed linen etc there were some stains on the wall but generally it was well kept.

Great property. location was perfect for me (visiting Lords and travelling from Paddington). price was good and the breakfast in the morning was appropriate for the type of property and the price. Also, given the central location, it was really quiet on a little back street.
