Apartment was spacious for a family of 5, great location for exploring the Ring of Kerry

The rooms, the bed was very comfortable the food in the bar was lovely.
Breakfast was a little disappointing, each morning we had to repeatedly ask for condiments, butter etc as they are not on the table and staff are busy and not visible it takes a while to find someone to ask for these things. Was a bit of a let down. As was the selection of fruit and pastries.

5 star welcome & friendliness with 5 star pub food and very much a locals pub which was most enjoyable.
5 star breakfast in the restaurant that is steeped in history and all the staff are passionate about this.
Unfortunately our room was at the back beside a very busy road. It was hot and stuffy with no fan.

Staff was wonderful!
Due to it being a Saturday night; it was loud late. Unfortunately other guests were very rude and were yelling outside the hotel windows inebriated. Nothing the hotel can do, but something to keep in mind if travelling on a weekend.

I love hotel, bar, and breakfast room. The staff were the best part - everyone sorted out any request. no need to leave the Towers; everything you need is there.
late check in and early check out (4pm & 11am). that’s a bit late and early. otherwise, loved the stay in the Towers

It was a really nice hotel, with lots of old style character, it was the perfect location for my trip,
Car park a bit small, so limited spaces for residents, TV channels are very limited,

the heating did not work and the rooms are very dated and you were able to hear every single person that passed by , Sunday morning a group of children continuously ran up and down the corridors from 7am onwards

The main course stake was cold that even the butter would not melt on it. And the misses had mussels as starter and again they were cold.

Cleanest hotel bedroom I've ever stayed in, not a spec of dust anywhere.
The rest of the hotel seems spotless too and that's not an easy thing to do in an older building.
Our room overlooked the main road , we stayed there the night before the Ring of Kerry cycle so got to see all the cyclists going by from 5.30am.
Food in the bar was excellent too.
