About this apartment rental
A 1 bedroom 1 bathroom Gulf Front condo located on the 2nd floor of our Grand Tower Building. Views of the Gulf of Mexico can be seen from the bedroom and living room; perfect for watching evening sunsets! Our one bedroom unit sleeps 4 people max to comply with the Sarasota County fire code. The master bedroom is furnished with 1 king size bed, as well as a twin size sofa bed in the bedroom sitting area, with a 48" flat screen TV. The master bathroom has a walk-in shower with a built-in bench. There is additional sleeping on the queen sofa bed in the living room for guest use. The living room has a 48" flat screen TV with HD service. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops and is supplied with the necessary items you need for cooking (pots/pans, dishes, utensils) and a 12 cup Mr. Coffee standard coffee maker, as well as a Keurig machine. The condo is fully tiled throughout and is beautifully furnished with an open balcony and the most spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico.

Right on the beach - super easy walk to the water. Guys pull your chairs and umbrellas down for you using ATVs ($25 a day for an umbrella but chairs are free). They come get them at sunset or when you leave. Everything was clean. The unit isn’t huge, but our party of three did just fine. You can’t beat the location. We found tons of sand dollars on the sand bar, and a manatee swam within a few feet of us one day! The shower is my only complaint. It was never just the right temperature for me. Either too hot or too cold. Otherwise, the place was perfect!

Loved the location, the grounds and the beach. Our unit needs some updating. The rugs looked old and dirty, there were paint chips on the bathroom ceiling and the toilet seat needs replacing. The door to enter stuck and was hard to open and shut. It was very clean . We had a nice stay.

The Palm Bay Club is an excellent location on Siesta Key. I have been vacationing at this property for over 40 years! I have stayed in the Towers unit 22 for at least 10 years. It is due for an update. The apartment is showing wear ie ceiling in shower has a peel spot; toilet seat has chips on it; bathroom sink has some wear marks on it. Also, be aware the property does not provide paper towels, sponges, any condiments like salt and pepper. But can’t beat the location and amazing beach!

Could not be more pleased! We are hard to impress when it comes to waterfronts. We are spoiled where we live.The view from the unit (0-22) nothing short of spectacular!!The staff at the Palm Bay club were as welcoming and courteous as they could possibly be from arriving to leaving. The Hurricane that passed by the week before deposited seaweed on the beach that made for a smell like the circus was in town. The water main break on the second floor the last day of vacation made for a less than ideal evening. Other than that how did you enjoy the play Mr. Lincoln? We had a good time. We have been staying at Palm Bay for over five years, and never have we had the treatment we experienced on our last 62 day stay! We arrived and are told that we will not have a cleaning service for our extended stay. I informed Palm Bay we paid for it and they said that was their new policy. I informed them that I had a contract and that I paid for cleaning every week. The clerk at front desk said they will see what the General Manager says and he will call me the next day. Next day the clerk calls me, not the GM and says that they will give us complimentary cleaning service and I informed her that it is not complimentary when we have paid for in the contract!The two carpets in the unit are filthy!The furniture is old and uncomfortable!The little baby changing sofa in the Master smells like Urine!We cancelled our two month stay for next year because, to us, it seems as though Palm Bay don't care. I talked with 13 other couples who have stayed there several years who were told they were not going to get cleaning and accepted it until they heard what they did to us, and they contacted the office to get what their contract also stated!Palm Bay your organization used to be high class but now your business is no better that a ****** drive thru at a fast food restaurant!!!The final thing is the beach chairs that are taken out Tuesday thru Saturday, however folks are expected to drag your chairs out Sunday and Monday. The majority of people staying thru the winter are retired and some very elderly and can't pull their chairs out! We were there over two months and GM you never addressed.

We came here to celebrate our 49th wedding anniversary. It’s a great time of year to visit, still warm enough to sit on the beach and early enough to avoid the winter snowbird crowds. Our unit #22 did not disappoint. Beautiful ocean views with a balcony to watch the sunset while sipping a glass of wine. The unit was clean and well cared for. In short, our 5 night stay was great!

This property was beautiful and loved the views. Only issues were we had no idea where we were going as we arrived late in evening. We didn’t know how to get into the building we were staying in, it was locked and didn’t know how to get in. We were unable to get Tv in living room to work as there were two remotes and didn’t have instructions for operation. And never were able to connect to Wi-Fi with the codes given. Therefore, we had no service on cell
Phones and battery drained quickly searching for service constantly.

This apartment is great for a couple as there is plenty of space and equipment. It has an open balcony accessible from the bedroom and lounge. It is easy to get outside via the stairs just outside the apartment or in the lift. If I could change one thing it would be the ultra heavy dining chairs bar stools and patio chairs. They are impossible to lift so you end up having to drag them which must be very annoying for the people below! Overall I would recommend this apartment

What an incredible view, perfect to watch sunsets from the open balcony off the bedroom and enjoy early morning views from the comfort of the A/C in the living room. Condo is lovely and convenient.
