Excellent location. The bed was very comfortable and the AC worked well. Nice to have some comfortable seating too.
Very dim lighting in the bathroom. Cramped access to the bed. 3 floor climb. Noisy around 1 AM
4.2
Wonderful stay in a very nice and clean appartment in the old town of Dubrovnik.
4.2
Location was amazing and even though it was central to the town center (where it is very loud) their sound proofing was great! We had a wonderful (albeit short) stay! Super cute and comfy rooms in a beautiful building!
4.2
Spacious room, comfortable bed, good A/C, outstanding location right in the old town center, staff was welcoming and accommodating (thanks Luka!).
Other rooms we stayed used key cards or just passwords which are more convenient than the keys we got here which are bulkier to carry during the day. The room we stayed in was in the 4th floor w/o lift which can be challenging when carrying luggage, especially for older couples (though this was not our case). Bathroom quality was not on par with the bedroom per se, the floor tiles for some reason were mostly loose and the shower cabin did not have a wall support to hold the shower head, so we had to take our showers holding it by the hand which is annoying.
4.2
Modern , clean apartment located in the “mosh pit “ of the old town
4.2
Excellent central location, made it really easy to explore Dubrovnik old town. The apartment was very nicely presented and very clean, and communication with the owner was excellent throughout
Due to the time of year we visited, the weather was very hot and humid, so the air conditioning struggled to keep the whole apartment cool, an another air conditioning unit in the bedroom would be better. Also the location of the apartment was really close to a bar which opened quite late and got very noisy at times
4.2
perfectly located in the heart of Dubrovnik, very friendly host, clean and modern room with airco
4.2
Clean; helpful staff; good communication; booked at late notice and everything organised quickly to allow us to check in; beautiful part of town - a real ‘wow factor’ to be right in the middle of it all.
Probably the smallest bathroom of our trip! Everything we needed though, and even had laundry facilities although we didn’t need to use them.
4.2
the location is excellent. right in the middle of the old city with lots to see & plenty of good restaurants.
the steep & many stairs makes it a challenge for us senior citizens. However the host was very helpful with our luggages upon arrival & departure.
4.2
Great location in central Old Town area, good amount of space. Air conditioning was perfect.
Bars nearby could be too noisy for very light sleepers
4.2
Host very nice friendly and attentive
Irish pub just next to it. You can start sleeping when they stop shouting. You feel like people are beside your bed. So you have to party by yourself until late.
4.2
Really clean and spacious, lovely host very helpful. Great location.
4.2
very well located and clean
a bit too noisy
4.2
Great location close to everything. Clean and tidy. Well equipped with everything that we needed for the stay. David the host was very helpful.
The only downside was the noise from one of the close by venues. The double glazed windows did help but it was still a little noisy. I used ear plugs and then had no issue.
4.2
stunning little property. heart of old town. staff were friendly and amenities were high end.
no parking (but that’s true for most of Dubrovnik)

The room was absolutely perfect for us! the location is superb and not difficult to find! The staff was amazing, friendly and helpful. The room was clean, comfortable and has amazing air conditioning! we will definitely be back soon, thank you again!
we loved it!

We stayed for 5 days, so we bought some food to store in the fridge, the problem was, the fridge wasn't working. I messaged the guy (David) on the second day, he said he came when we were out and "fixed" it. When we came back it was still not working. I messaged him again and he never replied to me about it for the remainder of our stay. So that's unacceptable. The shower is tiny, there is barely any room to turn around in there. The toilet seat was the most uncomfortable I have ever used in my life, having a straight edge at the back, you know, to nicely contour your square butt. And the apartment backs right onto an Irish pub, which is extremely noisy from midday to midnight. Oh, and we arrived on a Saturday but did not receive fresh towels until Tuesday. I do not recommend this place at all.
4.2
Great location, roomy, and David is very helpful and friendly. Will be back in a week in the returning trip.
Shower could be improved
4.2
Very nice place in the heart of the city.
Very clean, And modern.
David was very helpful.
He even carried my luggage up the stairs for me.
There was a few stairs to climb. But if you don't like stairs. Dubrovnik might not be the place for you.
4.2
excellent location if you want to stay in the old town. we wait few min and David allowed us to an early check in. He kindly helped us with the luggage.
4.2
The location was within the walled city, but three floors up. We carried our luggage up three flights without help from the staff.
The room is above an Irish Pub which remained loud until 2:30- 3:30 each of the three nights we stayed there. I would not recommend this to anyone who is a morning riser and likes to sleep. We had planned to return for a fourth night later in the week, but stayed elsewhere. Even given the noise, we weren't given a full refund for the fourth night.
4.2
The room was very spacious and clean The location is perfect. I've stayed here before in a smaller room. Stay was great.
That the maid misplaced the remote after cleaning. Also, the TV wasn't working so needed to call for help to switch from previous occupant settings on Netflix.
4.2
The location is superb! convenient to everything in the old city. The room was also cute with historical charm. bed incredibly comfortable. Not too much noise heard either.
1) the front door did not lock or close well - always open.
2) the shower in Adria Room is hand held but has low pressure and no place to hang it above your crotch position
3) television never worked the entire three nights we were there
4) bathroom door did not operate well - off the track and broken.
Here’s the best way to get there - it’s not easy to find. Follow the Main Street (Stradum) from either gate. From the East, turn left and from the West turn right at the Captain Candy Store down Ul. Miha Pracata and at the very next street (Ul. Izmedu Polaca) turn right at Pizzeria Mama Margherita and go to the end of the seating and a huge green door is on your left.

Loved everything! location, apartment, staff, 10/10

Location was unbeatable - right in the heart of Dubrovnik within east reach of everything.
The beds were very comfortable and my son (5yr) old found the pull out sofa great to sleep on.
Communication was prompt, warm and friendly before and during our stay and Luka was very kind and accommodating.
Toiletries, coffee machine with Illy coffee pods and cold bottled water were all very thoughtful and well used during our stay.
We had plenty of towels and the shower (although small) was very refreshing after a sweaty day in town.
Although it has been said before… the stairs. Although Luka very kindly offered to take our bags up you will be taking these every day (maybe several times a day) so worth baring in mind if you had bad knees/ a small child. The stairs also do not have a hand rail at all.
We staid in the ‘Royal’ room. The windows face the Irish bar downstairs. The music and noise kept us up until the early hours of the morning. It was very very loud (and we are used to some noise living in London!)
As we visited in August temperatures were at 33/34C and the air con was a must. However even though we set it at 19C the air con was placed in the living area. It barely hit the bedroom. We also don’t think it was really working as we woke up covered in sweat during both nights there.
Internet was intermittent. Seemed to work fine at the start of the day but would often cut out / disappear altogether in the evenings. We just used our 4G a lot.
4.2
The location was really great and we loved our stay, we would have liked to stay longer but it was way too expensive to find anything in Dubrovnik to stay longer
Dubrovnik and the places to stay are so expensive that there are other islands and places just as beautiful to get more for your money, we were three young girls and it was the most expensive place in all of the European places we visited this trip, but very pretty
4.2
Location in the centre of old town
Irish pub
4.2
Location is super nice, just right inside the old city.
Bed is comfortable.
The lady who checked us in is quite helpful.
Everything is wonderful. Just remember don’t bring the huge suitcase, since it’s old house and there’s no elevator.
4.2
The room is in a very good location, right in the middle of the old town. Nice looking room, good high ceiling and nice to have a coffee machine and sofa to also sit on
The communal area needs improving. The entrance is very dark and not very inviting and the stairs need polishing as they look dusty and should look better. The communal walls need painting and there are cleaning products and cleaning materials just lying around on the landing.
Our shower was only cold water for a day and there is nowhere to put your toiletries in the bathroom as no shelves. The bed is a tight squeeze - no room to move around the bed.
The property is not easy to find down the street as it is behind a dark and not well signed posted door
The cleaner was also a bit miserable - didn’t seem very happy to be working there which is not good
4.2
perfect location, literally in the midddle of old town. we were in room Adria which was 4th floor and away from the pub noise. Bed was extremely comfortable and air con was a life saver.
Door to the bathroom didn’t close but that was the only downside.
4.2
Great location and communication ! Lovely place
A loudy saturday night at the bar downstairs with very poor taste of music.
4.2
Location: Right in the heart of the city. Most of the touristic attractions are 50-100 meters away.
Staff: The staff were nice and very accomodating. I was able to check-in much earlier than the stipulated check-in time and they were nice to let me keep my luggage in the room until I went to the airport
Room: Room was very nice and spacious. I appreciated the multiple electric points that they had all over the apartment.
4.2
Location!! Everything was walking distance.
Stairs, lol. One thing i do recommend is to put some signs to indicate light for the path. Our first time we did not know there were light and we went up two flights of stairs in the dark.
4.2
The location is right near the center of local town, the Coral room on the third floor is everything, super comfortable. I recommend you go to the Portun restaurant nearby, great food. I loved staying here it felt like I was living in the castle and the port is within walking distance. The bed was comfortable, everything was super clean, you even have a coffee and tea machine. Definitely will be coming back.
I couldn't stay longer
