The concept, the staff, closeness with the beach and location within Zipolite
The door lock was broken and not repaired during our 4 night stay. Parking is limited

The rooms are gorgeous and comfortable. The AC works great. The staff are very helpful. The location is really nice and on the beach.
The restaurant service was quite slow and the food was very well prepared but not worth it for the money.

very nice djungle vibe, cool bar, great beach access, amazing staff
not too bad but it was super noisy at night because of some neighbourhood dogs and some undefinable noise from upstairs.

The Location, staff and restaurant were fantastic. Food and drinks were great, highly recommended.
The rooms are nice but too basic for the price. Worth $100/night less in my opinion. Towels were rough and stained, although clean. Rooms were noisy with the ongoing construction nearby.

The location was amazing. Great beach and town access.
The room was so pitiful and lacking amenities that I didn’t even want to sleep with my girlfriend in it. Or take a shower. Just gross, considering how expensive it is.

The team of the kitchen and bar was very nice and treated us very well. Even though the breakfast was not included it was very well cooked and satisfying. We enjoyed spending the mornings in the bar.
The hotel was very overpriced for what we got. We paid a lot for a rather disappointing experience that doesn’t deserve more than half the price. The pictures don’t represent the reality. The reception was neither welcoming nor helpful and the communication with them was not good. The rooms were uncomfortable, run down, smelly and lacked privacy. The lock of our door was broken, as was the safe in the room. There was a lot of noise from neighbour rooms as well as loud music from both the hotel bar and neighbour hotels.

Very pretty, the staff is awesome and the food is delicious. The location is great although the hotel next door had people playing drums quite loud and badly
Very unprofessional when it comes to their outsourced services. We booked a whale watching trip that got cancelled las minute and a massage but the guy never showed up.

So unique, relaxing and pleasant. Loved being in this setting with nature, kind and friendly people. All food and drinks were handcrafted and wonderful.
Nothing I can say.

The staff was super super nice. especially Arilla the women at the reception was very helpful and did everything to make our stay as comfortable as possible. the room was really clean, light and spacious with a huge terrace. there is a well equipped yoga Shala in the roof top where they provide regularly classes. The breakfast was pretty good.
There’s no beachfront. The hotel is divided from the beach with a dirty mouth of a river. Some days we didn’t had a chance to enter the beach. I also missed the possibility to get a coffee earlier in the morning. the reception provides hot water 24 hours but unfortunately no cups to prepare coffee or tea by yourself.
There were also a lot of construction work during our stay, but I’ve read they had some hurricanes in summer. so I guess it’s simply necessary to repair some parts.

This place is just fantastic. It's right next to the beach and a super quick walk into town, yet the hotel itself has these elevated walkways that make you feel like you're walking through a lush jungle on your way to your room. The hotel bar/café/cantina is right next to the beach but also shelters you from the sun if you prefer. Many or all of the rooms have private terraces and hammocks. The WiFi is super fast as well. There are also a couple other hotels right next door with nice restaurants and bars too if you want to mix things up. But what really makes this place amazing is the people / family that work there. If you prefer to keep to yourself, they'll leave you be. But if you want to chitchat - and I recommend doing so because they're lovely, knowledgeable people who know everything about Zipolite and the surrounding areas - they'll be happy to hang out and have a beer with you, from the owner on down to their adorable six-toed cat. Seriously, the cat will lie there on the bar with you and nap while you sip a Corona or a cocktail. The people working at the bar remember you after one visit and make sure you have everything you need (and the drinks and food are crazy affordable given the quality).

Amazing staff!! Love the chef at the bar and the girl from Fuerteventura at reception. Loved the variety in food.

The location of the hotel is great and the aesthetic of the hotel is very cool. The restaurant and bar is very good. Best margaritas we had the whole trip! The host and staff were lovely.
We felt the room was way overpriced and were left disappointed. We stayed on the bottom floor and could hear every step and movement the people above made. This was very annoying as they were pacing their room till 1:30am and then got up and paced again from 8am. Also, our coffees were 98 pesos each! More expensive than Australia.
