Localización perfecta, pero la pensión es vieja y sin mantenimiento ni calefacción

La ubicación, excelente

Las instalaciones son muy viejas, les falta mantenimiento. La pintura desconchada, un mini calefactor de aire para caldear una estancia de techos altísimos. El baño dentro de la habitación, con azulejos pintados y cutre a más no poder. Con la pared llena de gotas de agua como si alguien se acabara de duchar. La puerta del armario no cerraba bien, a la cómoda le faltaban tiradores… la habitación está en un cuarto piso con escaleras de peldaños altos.

Very satisfied, amazing location, very nice staff!!

The location is amazing, in the middle of the city. You have easy access to everything to see the university, famous library, walk by the shore and the cafes are all one step from the apartment. Staff was super nice, gave us a lot of recommendations.

We walked in and were shocked at the state of the accommodation and building, I cannot believe it is 2 stars it should me a minus 10 rating .The stairs are a death trap and the area at night is unsafe . We did not stay ,but unfortunately it was not refundable.

Good location

Very good location. Practically in the old town. View from the window. Nice service.

I know it's not a hotel but everything is old and worn out. Private bathroom strangely built on a raised platform. Lot of noise outside the window even during the week. Probably because it's a student city and they had their festivity. It didn't bother me much, but it might for someone else.

I have a good impression but could be better

The hotel is located in a beautiful square super close to everything and to the historic town. The receptionist was a great man who explained us what we can do in the city where we can eat and some tourist information.

The neighborhood is noisy, you can also hear other people from next rooms. The mattress of the bed was a bit bad.

Superb

In its own category it's a gem and I'd love to go back. The staff were super lovely and welcoming. If you're after luxury and comfort then it might not be the best option but for an adventure it's got the charm, perfect location, unique views from the balconies in the corridor, and the owner has the best tips for where to eat and what to do which he shared generously. Breakfast was great. it's amazing value for money.

If you're elderly then climbing the stairs might be tricky.

The view was beautiful, the location excellent. The host was very helpful and great! He recommended lots of great spots to visit, and to dine at. The old building was beautiful

The bedframe was so loud, I have never experienced such an uncomfortable bed, every move it produced a loud creek that would keep us awake.

Good for one or two nights while discovering the city

Once found the location was perfect. Right in front of a beautiful fountain and cathedral . Found paid parking in a garage
