Pathetic experience, I had to pay 3200 extra to stay there. Oyo helpdesk also asked to leave hotel

I traveled alone..and.the housekeeping boy took my key and I asked him to bring water bottle and that time I asked my key and he refused to give saying it stays with us..how can I trust the safety of my room in this case. Also, the waterbottle was charged. One bottle is supposed to be given in every night of stay right. I made the booking at booking.com.but was routed through oyobut finally the receptionist made a separate booking upon checking and said oyo charges are not applicable here. Room sheets were dirty. But as they first refused to give my key, I.didnt want to call them and complain late night being a single lady traveller. Also , I checked in around 8 30 pm and they came and knocked my room at 10 pm.simply asking If I want something even when I didn't call them ,.worst stay ever

I have never ever seen such a horible rooms and service in my life. They give used room to guest and also worst property. Bath room flesh was not in use no hot water not clean bed, it was used bed dirty bed. Room is full of mosquito. Room is full of dirty and used condom,. Bad attitude staff.

FRAUD property

It's a fraud hotel. They have listed themselves on OYO so that people can book their property from OYO and once these guests arrive at the property, they actually charge them double the original amount or ask them to leave. Now since one may have arrived at the night time or may not have last minute booking options elsewhere, this hotel manages to commit this fraud. It's criminal. I made OYO aware of it, and I am taking it to civil court. If booking.com does not remove this hotel from its listed bookings, will have to take action against booking.com too.

It was a complete disaster hotel not at all like shown in the website..very pathetic state of the room as well as the entire building

Disgusting place. No regard for hygiene.

Nothing it all. It was a complete mess and shouldn't be on booking com

The bed sheets were BLOOD STAINED and torn, as was the comforter. Pillows were flat, old and stained When asked to change the sheets the staff tried their best to avoid doing it making by making excuses and stating they were fresh. We were charged seperately for water. The room assigned to us alredy had someone else asleep in it and we were then given a different room. This property should NOT be on booking com

it was good & clean

I had booked a room with 2 queen beds but I was given a room with 1 bed only. During booking I was told no money required & that oyo will not contact you for money, but I did receive a msg to pay the amount to ensure room availability.

Unclean room and with unhygienic bedsheets and quilt. Also bathroom was unclean. No remote for AC was available. Check-in was a hassle. Staff was not cooperating.
