Will never stay again

The hotel charged me the regular fee 3 times and than an additional $500 fee party fee for rose petals that they said was ok when checking in and i didnt have no damn party

Breakfast was good but with the explanation of breakfast it said amazing breakfast and there wasn't really a whole lot to choose from.

I am still fighting to get my double payment back I'm booking.com or from the hotel because I have been charged twice for my stay.

Overall the room was exceptional, very comfortable and felt high end. But will not be coming back.

Front desk staff was completely unwilling to assist. I checked in around 6:45 pm and told the front desk associate that i had paid online already yet she continued to swipe my card. She said “oh we don’t accept booking electronic payments you are basically being charged twice.” She offered no solution in the situation and basically gave me my room key and said have a nice day. There was no willingness to help and i also felt that she did not care that i was being charged twice.

The staff is horrible. They did not honor my booking though paid online. I paid for an employee to stay at this hotel for a work trip and they made her pay. The woman that I spoke to at the location was the absolute worst. Told me that I would need to call booking.com and have them cancel/refund my reservation. Because they do not have access to the portal that verifies my payment. Though I have a very clear emailed receipt. My employee had to figure something else out. I still have not received a refund.

Very nice facility and well run.

Clean, updated and good TV selections

The check in process is cumbersome. The fact that when you bring in your luggage, you have to go back out to your car to put a parking pass is inconvenient. Also, not accepting cash for incidentals is not ideal. If you stay multiple days, the breakfast choices don't change.

Disappointing hospitality for the price of room

It is convenient to our family in the area. Bed was comfortable Room was clean

The front desk staff did not provide greeting and gratitude. Looked down when I approached with questions. No water at breakfast- when I asked: it is in the fitness room??? Really? Dispenser doesn’t work out here. Ok … gave me a bottle when I asked. Room 204 looks at a roof! And shower curtain too short… leaking all over !

There was a security guard but she strangely ended up 20 feet from our room, facing us, just standing there, on an empty hallway, before we made it up stairs in the middle of the night, and stared at us with no expression until we went in. Like directly into my eyes. As she did downstairs when I was checking in. It was unnerving and I almost said something to her but I just wanted to get the kids into the room. I really didn’t like that.

A peaceful location, I stay here a lot, very comfy beds, fridge and microwave availability are great, clean, hot shower, meets all my 'away from home' needs...

Would be nice to add a steam room since there is no pool to amp up the location , and the hot water in the lobby is more lukewarm than anything..

The room was clean and well presented. Beds were comfortable.

TV remote should been placed into a plastic bag once it was cleaned. The spray used to clean the remote / room left stains on the wall.

We had an enjoyable stay and slept well.

The front desk staff and the cleaning staff were all very friendly and helpful. I loved that there were several food options across the street and it’s near a Royal Farms Gas, so we could fill up and hit the road. Convenient location. It was clean, comfortable, and didn’t have any weird smells. The reading lights were convenient. The desk area was useful. It was spacious. The walk in closet was a pleasant surprise.

My son was disappointed that there were no waffles at breakfast, but there’s a Dunkin Doughnuts across the street so he was happy about that. The outlets in the bathroom had a light on them we couldn’t turn off and hallway light came in from under the front door so it was difficult to make the room completely dark. Once we got to sleep, We all slept very well.

checkin was horrible misleading on credit card policy too many stories about payment acceptance only one person at the desk seemed to care about my concerns she tried to help our food spoiled because the refrigerator overheated no breakfast healthy options for people who don’t eat pork or yellow eggs so because the check in was not a good experience just seemed to not make my stay pleasurable
