Lindas instalaciones y muy amplios espacios comunes

La decoración de la habitación y el colchón que era muy incómodo para dormir

La ubicación, la alberca, la limpieza, el tamaño del cuarto.

El estacionamiento es muy limitado aunque está la opción de dejar las llaves para que muevan el auto cuando están estacionados atrás de otros autos.

Perfect location, facility was pretty and clean, people was real nice.

The bathroom door was making lots of noise when opening or closing. We asked them to helps us with that by adding W40 but nothing was done.

Overall good stay.

Kids loved the pool. The overall feel of the hotel was nice. The beds were comfortable, the rooms were spacious. Our room was cleaned everyday. There were "do not disturb/clean" signs to put on the door. I guess we would have had to let the front desk know. This wasn't an issue for us. Loved the plants and fruit trees on the property. You would never know from the outside. The grounds were nice, that during our stay people were taking pictures for a class graduation and sweet 15. The hotel was in a good central location. About 20mins walk to Centro/Zocalo. Close to supermarket. Front office staff were nice. We didn't use the restaurant that was on site.

They charged us for hot water. Issue with the pool towels. Requested rooms to be close to each other as we were traveling with kids. They were unable to fulfill that.

Superb

nice place, took a cab into town.

got up at six to see our car buried behind a parking lot full of cars but the valet guy was there and got at least 7-10 cars out of the way and backed ours out and made our 745 flight. a bit of a scare but that guy sure does a good job!

I would definitely would stay here next time I’m in Oaxaca

beautiful, quiet property only 5 mins from centre. great pool and food! for someone who doesn’t have to be in the centre but likes to be close it’s perfect!

Wi-Fi in rooms doesn’t work very well but it’s fine on the balcony areas

loved the pool area and nice staff. Solid 25 min walk to city centre. staff where helpful to order a taxi if needed

Great hotel a little far from centre

Great pool area. Room was small but comfortable. Breakfast was great.

A bit of a walk to the centre (25 - 30 mins). The bag storage was full so we couldn't leave our bags on check out day which was a little inconvenient.

Very good

The Cleaninglady was very Nice, and the rooms were very clean. And We also liked the fact, that they put every day water bottles in our room. The receptions was very helpful and called taxis. It was not far to the city Center.

The food in the restaurant could really higher the standard

Great hotel - slightly far from centre

Spacious and clean rooms at an affordable price and very helpful and polite staff. There was also a nice swimming pool where you could relax.

The room was a bit too warm as the ceiling fan didn't really give a cooling effect, and the air-condition was working on warm temperature. Also it is a bit far from the centre (around 30 min walking) but the taxis were quite cheap and the hotel helped us to arrange them, so we weren't bothered much.

Very quaint hacienda. good price, friendly, and clean.

The set up of the hotel is super cute. The pool area was busy but there were ample chairs for everyone. Staff were great.

When the hotel staff call a cab for you they increase the price of the taxi. It is better to just flag one down on the street. When we tried to do this, the hotel staff got agitated that we were going to flag our own taxi.
