Calidad/precio/ localización muy bien.

Me ha gustado la autonomía y seriedad del equipo. Hice un viaje con mi hija y dudé mucho en reservar debido a muchos comentarios poco favorables con respecto la reserva, el check-in etc.. Pero os diré que si sigues las instrucciones y los mails que envían todo va fenomenal. Es un apartamento pequeño ideal para una o dos personas, totalmente equipado y de limpieza correcta. Además Islington es un barrio tranquilo fuera del bullicio del centro y con buenas conexiones para moverte por Londres. Hay un supermercado muy cerca.

Faltan detalles en el menaje como mantel, individuales para comer en la mesa o trapos de cocina para limpiar mientras estás allí. Al tener lavadora sería conveniente tener jabón y suavizante por si has de lavar alguna prenda. También deberían cambiar algunos muebles como las sillas que se mueven o piezas del desagüe en los baños oxidadas que dan un aspecto de sucio. La hora de entrada es a las 15:00 y de salida a las 10 am, deberían dejar salir más tarde. Por el resto calidad precio y ubicación está muy bien.

Fine for a short stay, well located

The apartment was fine, had what was advertised and is well located.

Would not recommend for a long stay - the apartment was not serviced for over two weeks despite this being requested several times. It was also in need of a good clean and freshen up. Kitchen utensils were limited.

Awful experience, no compensation or customer assistance.

Do not stay here. No health and safety checks or assistance. Arrived and the smoke alarm detector was beeping every minute. Reported the issue on arrival and nothing done for over 12 hours. No compensation despite the beeping going on overnight. Additionally intrusive and time consuming check in process requiring sharing confidential information with third parties.

Great location and value.

Lots of space and the kitchen is a big plus. Great location for me.

When I arrived there were no clothes hangers or toilet paper. I have stayed at this place many times and this is the first time this kind of thing happened. I contacted the host and by the time they responded I already bought some TP and found hangers at a local dry cleaners. And... It would be nice if they had sharper knives and a cutting board. That said, I will be back in September for another stay since this place is comfortable, clean, quiet and well located.

Great location, apartment needs some TLC

great location - I could walk to everywhere I needed to get to. Great places to eat nearby and a supermarket just down the street.

The apartment is looking tired. Scuffs on the paintwork, wobbly chairs. You need to wedge the bathroom room shut as it opens all the time, which is not ideal when you are trying to get out of the shower as the bathroom door folded back onto it. There was an industrial fan outside of the bedroom window which was noisy but it did go off at 10pm. People coming back late and slamming the front door and making a noise as they went inot other apratments.

Location

Only 2 hangers in wardrobe, no toilet roll holder, broken shower head holder, broken tin opener, tv only had 3 watchable channels, hardly any kitchen utensils, kitchen sink taps labelled wrong way round (big surprise at first)

After moving up & down we settled in flat 1.. if they were painted, maintained & cleaned!

Location was lovely Nearby restaurants were nice The flat was cosy & warm

The flat wasn’t clean, there was dust & dirt all over the skirting boards, the extractor in the bathroom was filthy dirty, door hanging off boiler cupboard, walls all marked and dirty, checking in we were given flat 1 which was dirty we were then given flat 5 which in entering was occupied which was highly embarrassing Once painted & maintained & cleaned this will be a 10/10 experience

Poor communication from the start and apartments in a poor state. Given how much your have to put down for a damage depo

Bathrooms were dirty, bathroom door hanging off and dangerous, mould in the showers, mould on the bathroom walls, paint bubbling on the bathroom wall, shower door wouldn’t close and generally apartments were not well maintained

Sketchy rude and requested me to send copies of my card and passport

I have never had such a bad experience with a provider. DO NOT book this unless you are happy uploading your id to some random website prior to arrival.

After trying to talk to the people running, I was hung up on multiple times, and then lied to after I was told they would cancel the reservation for free which they didn't do.

I don't recommend it for a long stay

The house is relatively well located and the apartment is spacious.

For a long stay, I don't like it, because there is no one who can help you if you need Limpiesa in the apartment, the bathroom does not have a shelf to put your things, the closet is very old, the drawers fall off and it does not have a good division. It is not well equipped, there is no vacuum cleaner, the kitchen did not have tablecloths to clean or dry, there were no taps for the dishwasher.

We enjoyed our stay in London. The apartment was 'adequate' at the price paid, but could be better.

Most of the visble apartment surfaces had been cleaned very well. The heating was effective. The kitchen was useful. The building is handy for local shops/eating and it is only 5-10 mins walk from Old Street underground station.

Well look, the apartment is definitely 'as shown' in the photos and it was at the 'cheaper-end' of the availability specturm when we booked, so it wouldn't be fair to over-criticise the maintenance and equipment too much. However, whilst generally clean, the apartment itself and the furniture are ready for a bit of refresh and repair. The facilities are 'adequate'. The TV is not Smart/WiFi capable, so has limited viewing options. Perhaps the black mould covering the Dish Washer racks and the jammed waste trap in the Kitchen Sink (preventing it being filled with water) were the two most fundamental and unacceptable defects we found. It was also disappointing to be given 5 x WiFi Hotspots and Passwords to choose from, only to find 3 no longer transmitting/visible on our devices, 1 with no Router connection to the Internet and the last one with extremely limited bandwidth/speed. Clearly this apartment is provided on a tight Budget, which the owner may argue is reflected in the lower price. Not a problem for us, but, be aware of 7 flights of stairs to the top floor flat.

Passable

The check-in process is awful - I had to submit several lots of documents before arriving (a right pain as I only booked a few days before). Then I was told I would be emailed the keysafe code before 4pm but I wasn't - I had to call them several times and sit on hold until I got through to someone. It's not a great service for someone traveling with work and staying for only one night. Also there were no tea bags - only a few sachets of instant coffee. Leaving a few tea bags in the kitchen with the coffee shouldn't be that difficult.
