We loved our visit to Crecent City. This is a nice little duplex that fit our families needs. The walls to the second duplex attach with the smaller bedroom and it was easy to hear the other occupants. Also, there are 2 mini fridges. We were able to accommodate but it was hard getting everything in the fridge.

4 educators that just met traveling to the Redwoods. We were splitting the cost so it made it good for us. We weren’t cooking or anything so we were good, but the two smaller fridges might be a challenge for anyone who was planning on grocery shopping and cooking for a week. Communication was excellent. Place was clean and contained plenty of good recommendations of dining options and things to do!

This is a small but cute duplex. We stay here due to fact it's a couple blocks from the ocean. We went to the ocean every evening at sunset. We found easy parking and almost a empty beach front. It was really a peaceful ocean stay. The other outings we went to this area for was the trees of mystery day trip. The trees of mystery is about a 25min drive from this duplex and we highly recommend you go to the redwood Forrest (trees of mystery). We really enjoyed our stay. The duplex comes with basic kitchen items but the washer/dryer is a plus after our beach front walks!!

We wanted more than just a hotel room. Cute little house, fit our needs for 2 adults. We stayed in the #1, easily heard the voices and snoring of those in #2 from the back bedroom. Neighborhood was ok. Not really walking distance to anything, but short drives got us where we wanted to go. Clean, efficient, and (mostly) quiet. The price was nice compared to a hotel considering the space we had. Overall 4 out of 5!!

This space was mostly as expected. The property was clean, but a bit dingy. There were some gnats/flies and the walls are pretty thin so I could hear people talking/ living next door at night in the back bedroom. Overall it worked well for our family to stay while visiting the redwoods and I have no major complaints, but it was not a bright or quite as fresh as I would have liked.

Nice, clean little house just a short drive to the beach. It had everything we needed (there was no TV, but we weren't planning on watching it anyway), check-in and check-out instructions were very clear, and the host was very responsive to texts. We would stay here again.

I usually don't go super in depth on these, but this was our worst experience with VRBO rental. If you plan to spend your days on the trails, this house is fine- it has a big shower, a manageable kitchen, and a washer and dryer. Mini fridge is not ideal, but we made it work. When it comes to noise level- OMG. You can hear everything from the other side of the duplex- everything. Even someone just talking, I could hear every word. I'm a light sleeper so I didn't get much sleep. I had ear plugs, and I'm glad I did, but wasn't enough. I saw others write it is a quiet neighborhood, but that was not our experience. There were french fries and candy wrappers in the sofa and literally a hole in the floor where you can see the ground beneath the house. It's a quick drive to trails or beach and we didn't go there to spend time sitting around the house, so it worked. I didn't communicate with the manager because I didn't want to waste any time that I could be hiking, but the form makes you enter stars in that section.

Enjoyed our stay. Was in a good location so all the sights weren’t to far away. Quiet neighborhood so it was relaxing to come back to the house and enjoy some solitude. No tv but the Wi-Fi was good so we could entertain with our tablets.

It was clean and tidy. They do need plates and bowls that can be microwaved. Coffee was available which was a pleasent suprise. Beds were comfortable enough. Washer and dryer were nice to have.

This is a nice property and I wish I did it right to book longer. Usually my husband books the property after I choose a list in order what are high priorities to rent from. This property was the top of the list to rent in Crescent City. I mistakenly booked one day over the two days needed for my mom and I. (Totally my fault.) This property is in a great location close to everything in a not far walk or drive to. Very spacious; comfortable temperature, fantastic laundry machines (including a singing washing machine from Samsung … I feel cheated… my whirlpool washing machine doesn’t sing to me when it’s done.) and fantastic internet speed. One doesn’t need TV in this property when we have iPads, tablets, and iPhones to watch what ever you want on our devices. The owner did a great job with there “welcome book” to note where everything is located around you. Communicating with the owner and manager of the property was fantastic! And I need to tell you it’s a very sought after property. It books really fast. I can’t wait to book this property again in the future.

Nice, clean place. Very conveniently located, pretty close to everything. No TV, which I found kinda weird, but we weren’t there to watch TV. There was a mixup and we and another couple were both given the same check-in information and stayed in the wrong units the first night, had to move the next day. Host acted bothered any time we had a question about anything but was helpful enough. Still better than a hotel, more private, clean, in a convenient spot, I’d recommend overall.

Thank you so much for hosting our family. The only things I would change about this property is the lack of a full size fridge (we had a wedding cake that needed to be refridgerated) and no television. The rooms were comfortable and the neighborhood quiet. Close to the center of town. The shower was outstanding!! (My favorite part!)
