The room was very big and lightened. The bed was confortable. The room was quite clean. The information received by the staff helped use to find the cottage.
I have found hair in the shower. The towels were cleaned but with spots made from previous washings. The door opening was defective. The furniture were very poor (neither some sugar for the coffee). The wi-fi is not working. The cost is very high. It is not possible to define that a cottage.

V quiet location
Large deck but no chairs for the deck, no barbecue so basically no way to use the deck. Also given it’s very isolated, there should be more cooking facilities than just a hot plate. Also beds quite uncomfortable and blinds broken

Amazing location. We had cottage with beautiful view.
The cottage could have been cleaned better. Broken handle - the cottage could not be locked.

Cosy little place in the middle of nowhere. Location is good for the ones who come to travel around with a car. Very clean, well maintained and equipped.
It is a little small for more than a couple with a child ( with two kids it was tight)

The location with the view on the nature
All was good, besides the insects in the night, because of which we couldn’t sleep

Not to far from the main road.
It was clean and it had a little kitchen with everything you need.
Location was a bit of a mystery. The sign you are looking for has another name than the Au44. The road up to the cottage is a gravel road with potholes.
We booked the cottage for 3.
The sofa bed was not soft.
The dubbele bed had two matrasses, one was OK the other one was so soft you would sink into it.

Location, confort, nice views. There was a problem with the booking that was promptly resolved. Thank you!
A bit too warm for our taste and could not find the thermostate/control

Not everything was very clean

The location of the tiny house was great, even though we did not see the aurora. We found everything we needed and the apartment always had a nice temperature. The parking space is right next to the cabin.
The apartment could have been a bit cleaner, but it was nothing serious. At first we were unable to lock the door properly, but once we contacted the landlady she immediately told us the trick to locking the door.

We were greeted by Snoppa when we arrived. She was friendly and amazing. The Cottage was amazing and cozy. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to the future. It was very easy to communicate with the owner and get directions to the Cottage.

comfortable bed
very hard to find even with gps location because it’s not in the right spot and the directions aren’t clear. very cold, no heat, shower was clogged, towels were old and rough like rags, blinds were broken, low quality furnishings, overall a poor experience.

Sweet pup came to visit and play catch
The road in was in very poor shape and would be difficult to use without an SUV. The room was too hot to sleep even with the windows and door open. The room did not have enough toilet paper or trash can liners. We had to drive to the grocery store ourselves. There were no books, games or TV for when the weather was poor. There was only one small mirror and it was too high for anyone in our group to see it except for the one person who is 6ft. It was the only part of our Iceland trip that felt like we were getting taken advantage of by locals.

The place was perfect for a group of 8 people! The living room and kitchen was huge with a big dining table! Kitchen was well equipped.
Would have been good to have black out curtains as the sun never sets during summer so it was difficult to go to sleep.

What an adorable cottage! The view was magnificent and the set up was great. We arrived late and left early so we didn't have time to enjoy the space but loved it. We did not meet our hosts so I comment on them. They left a tidy, fully functional space. It's the tiny home I can never have.
It is super hard to find. Enter the GPS coordinates they give you into your google maps. The address and google maps left us at someone's house about 5 mintues down the road. I would not like to have to find this place in the dark! The bed was hot. Maybe it was the topper but it was hard to sleep-welcome to Iceland in June, right?

The location is stunning! We had the warmest welcome of the owner which was really nice. He explained about th Icelandic horses in the field on front of the cottage. Loved the whole experience, really nice size bathroom with additional towels! Amazing bed and complete kitchenette. We could not have asked for more!
Really nothing!
