Quiet, clean and comfortable
We stayed here for a long weekend while visiting family. The bungalow is very close to local paths over the downs and within easy walking distance of the town and shore. The property managers are excellent, very helpful and communication with them is very easy.

Good half term brake
We had a lovely stay in the bungalow. The property was clean. The property manager was very caring, quickly responding to any problems we had and giving knowledgeable advise about the area. The area is beautiful, 10-15 minutes walk to the village centre with its lovely shops/pubs and seafront. I dropped one star because I didn’t like musty smell in two small bedrooms. Overall, everything was perfect! Thank you 😊

Ideal for a quiet break
House is well-equipped and has everything you need for your stay. It is in a very quiet area but good walks and Rottingdean town centre are easily accessible. The only negative was the wifi. It was poor and we found on occasions we had to go to the top of the garden to get a signal using our phone data.

Mobile phone signal
Although the property was well equipped, it smelt musty and was very old fashioned.
The biggest problem however was the lack of mobile signal. Since we travelled by train, thinking that if we needed it we could ring a taxi-WE COULDN'T

We had a very nice stay
The location is perfect, and the bungalow immaculately clean and well equipped. The disabled access is great but the toilets are low.
