Booked very late and was grateful to find a room on my route home after a long drive. Host was charming and breakfast in her home was delicious. Only issue that travellers need to be aware of, is that the wifi in the room did not work - I am on Vodafone and service would not allow me to access the internet so I needed Wifi. No direct internet line in the annexe where my room was - just a plug in booster device which would not allow me to access WiFi from the internet line in the main house adjacent to the room. These plug in devices rarely work in my experience.
I was able to park my car in the pub opposite - The White Hart - where I had a a delicious supper - but overnight someone drove into my car and left without leaving a notice on my windscreen. This was a big car park and my Discovery was nowhere near an entrance so I do not know how this could have happened.
Non existent wifi in the annexe where the room I booked was.

From the start of booking Kerstin welcomed us via email, also met at the door on arrival. Attention to detail was excellent it could not have been better. Such a lovely host. Location great and pub across the road welcoming and excellent fish and chips. I was also very lucky to have a lovely couple stay in other room to sit with at breakfast. Great breakfast, fresh fruit, yogurt, toast with home made marmalade and jam. 🥰
All excellent

Lovely place to stop. The bed was very comfortable. My room was spotless. Breakfast was good and the homemade jam so brilliant, I bought 2 jars for home. Definitely would stay again.

A lovely cozy cottage in a quiet village just outside of London. It's close to a number of English Heritage and National Trust sites and also great for walking. There's a couple of pubs in the village and a few restaurants in the places nearby. Kersten is great, she does an excellent job of looking after you. Breakfast was excellent!
The place does require a car to travel around and local taxi companies are unreliable.

The hostess was very friendly and the breakfast was excellent. There were several good places to visit in close proximity, including Emmett's gardens and Hever Castle.
The road close to the property was very busy and quite noisy.

Breakfast was delicious and nice and hot. The room was very pretty and well equipped.
The house is very old and beautiful but that does present some challenges. The plumbing is noisy which wasn’t a problem for us as we are early risers.

The Old Manor House had a quaint look about it and an excellent location in the heart of the village. The interior was delightful and thoughtfully presented. Our room and bed were both comfortable and we had all we needed. Our host was kind and hospitable and wanted to ensure we had all we required. The cooked breakfast really set us up for the day. We would highly recommend a stay at the Old Manor House B&B.

The property is full of character and Kerstin is an excellent and thoughtful host.
A little more hanging space is needed, especially for stays of a few nights (perhaps at the expense of a few of the book shelves?).

Everything was excellent except the wifi which was a little inconsistent
wifi was intermittent

The property has lots of character and is decorated with style. There is a private entrance to accommodation. We were aware that being so old it is not soundproofed but this was not a problem.
The hospitality tray was well stocked.
Breakfast is taken in the main house at a large country dining table so you can chat with the other guests. Everything is laid out for you and the breakfast is freshly cooked. All very good.
Happy with everything.

Wonderful old house, full of character yet very comfortable. Kirsten, the owner, made us feel very welcome . The property is situated across the road from a local pub with a large car park and so parking is easy.
The property is situated on a busy main road and so you need to accept a degree of road noise.

The owner was very friendly and made us feel very welcome. The room is in a lovely old building with beams. Quirky and cosy. Breakfast is served next door in the owner’s home. The house is set back from the main road and was quiet.
