This was our second time staying at the organic panda, and we enjoyed it very much! Perfect house for our large group, with easy access to everything in the village and beaches. Beautiful view of St Ives Bay. Peter was very responsive.

The Organic Panda is an amazing house in a beautiful location. Been to St Ives many times but first time stayed for weekend.
Coastal views from house are lovely and loads of room in this property. Hidden room very cool and quirky.
Would recommend to anyone thinking of booking this place - it's awesome.
Weekend of sun, sea, sand, good food, good company, several wines and ciders and a lot of laughs!
Many thanks to host for the hamper of goodies.

Lovely big house with awesome views and really close to all the St Ives action. Big family gathering so really good to have the space!

Host was always willing to answer questions and even switched out items from the gift hamper to suit our needs. The house was a stones throw from the coast and the view was amazing. Only issue for us as a whole was the house didn't feel clean. Some surfaces where dusty while others where somewhat sticky but besides that we had a great time and would definitely come back.

Lovely house, excellent views and location. Perfect for 11 of us to stay for a week for my wife’s birthday

Property was in a great location, very spacious and great for the kids.
Kitchen could have done with some more chopping boards and some champagne flutes. Also couldn’t get the Xbox to work for the kids. Apart from that everything was fine and we had a lovely time their.

This is a great house and the hosts were lovely and kind and have done all the right things to make it welcoming BUT the kitchen needs some serious attention and the whole house needs a hard clean.
The dishwasher doesn't clean, the kitchen tap is sticky so you get blasted with water no matter how careful you try to be, the cooker goes off if you turn the gas low and you will need to pack matches as the ignition only works on one ring. Don't use any shelves or windowsills to put things on as they are covered with engrained old grease.
The top floor has a moth problem- we saw dozens- and one bathroom had a silverfish. There was an bit of chewed gum and an old cotton bud on a shelf in one shower and previous guests rubbish under a bed. Nothing felt clean.
But
Brilliant location
Lovely big airy rooms w high ceilings and some nice views
Good TV w Netflix and an xbox
Nice big dining table
Hallway night lights
WiFi boosters to the top of the house
Not covered in "do this / don't do this" signs
Nice welcome box of jam biscuits and prosecco etc
But just so dirty that we didn't really feel we could relax.

Excellent family holiday venue
We were very satisfied with the property. There were a few minor issues. We needn't have contacted the owner about extra bedding if we had found the 6th bedroom sooner - I suppose we were a bit slow on the uptake! Larder space in the kitchen was limited. the cooks would have liked a mixer. A couple of lamps didn't work. Nevertheless a great house for a holiday. Thank you.

Family holiday
A great house for an extended family holiday ages 1-93! Very comfortable beds and everything you need in the bedrooms together with a very well equipped kitchen. Buckets and spades and beach towels also provided. A short walk to Porthminster Beach as well as easy access to the town. We walked everywhere and not too far for the four year olds especially with the reward of an ice cream! Good meals at Pothmeor cafe and Harbour by the lifeboat station.

Great house!
The location, sea views and amenities were just as advertised but we were truly impressed on arrival by the capaciousness of this airy house. Each room was generously proportioned and our large party – including a three-year-old and a 93-year old – was very comfortably accommodated.

Fantastic family holiday
Just come back from a wonderful holiday at the Organic Panda in St Ives. The location was just perfect for us as a family. Once the cars were parked we didn’t use them for the entire week! We were able to walk to all the local beaches, shops, restaurants and the Sloop. The house was very well equipped and comfortable for our large family group. We particularly appreciated the welcome food hamper and Prosecco filled with everything you need to get you started. The home owner was very easy to communicate with and knowledgeable by recommending a few restaurants which we thoroughly enjoyed. We will definitely consider staying here again on our next visit to the wonderful St Ives.

Family gathering across the continents!
A wonderful place where our family gathered to celebrate my husband’s 60th! Lots of cooking, enjoying the view and walking the many paths of beautiful St. Ives. Everything we wanted!❤️

Massive house!
Great location and lots of space. No one had been in to clean for a while so rather dusty and drains smelt. Otherwise very nice place and thanks for the welcome pack.

Fantastic Place to Stay
The house is great and perfect for myself and 10 others who spent the week in St Ives for a wedding. The location is perfect with sea views, and only a 5minute walk into town and 10mins to the front. Great outdoor seating area, although a bit more space and a couple more outside seats would have been good.

Living the Cornish Dream
Well equipped house for families sharing this beautiful house. Amazing views from the bedrooms and having 2 parking spaces is a real bonus. This is our 3rd year visiting the house and we hope to continue to come for many years to come.

A beautiful spacious home, perfect for a relaxing break away.
A wonderful home to gather with friends and enjoy the delights of the beautiful St. Ives. The house was perfect for the 12 of us. We all loved it, it was warm and homely with plenty of room for all. The hidden bedroom was a hit with the younger generation and lots of fun trying to find, a great idea! The welcome basket was a lovely surprise, full of treats, healthy ones too! Perfect location for all we wanted to do. We couldn't fault it. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, thank you.

Stunning house with lots of space

Only downside bathrooms were well used with mould growth around the showers this was the only reason for not rating 5 stars

light, spacious and comfortable
Fantastic house and art gallery rolled into one. What a perfect place to enjoy the St Ives art experience. Added fun were the mysteries of the hidden den and cutlery drawer! Great location for popping in and out of town without the need for a car.

Fantastic property and location for exploring St Ives, would highly recommend
We were a party of 10 ladies celebrating our 50th birthdays. Every bedroom is lovely, communal space downstairs spacious, light and airy with amazing artwork. Would definitely book again and recommend for a large party of people.
(PS. Took us a while to find it - the cutlery draw is under the sink!!)

Thank you - very enjoyable stay
We all had a great time in St Ives and the house was lovely with spectacular views. Thanks very much and we hope to return some time.

We loved this house - we had 5 children in our party of 12 (there's plenty of room!) and the house was really geared to them - a particularly nice touch was the sandcastle mould and the amazing, large leather bean bag in the living room. This was permanently occupied by most of them throughout the week. Lots to do in St Ives and the surrounding countryside, but it was always nice to come back to the house at the end of the day. We would strongly recommend it.

The Organic Panda is a wonderful house and we had a great week there. The accommodation was perfect for our family - 4 en suite bedrooms out of 6 really helped. It was beautifully clean when we arrived, and there was a loaded hamper of food awaiting us, tea, coffee, milk and butter in the fridge, a bottle of bubbly and flowers on the table. Nothing was too much trouble for Wendy (and her husband) who look/s after the house. She is a treasure! Location is excellent - about a 10 minute, downhill, walk into the town and, ditto, to the beach (2 mins - hmm!). I would only single out 2 things to comment on. We hadn't realised that there was no loo on the ground floor. For an able bodied family this shouldn't be a problem but for my elderly mother it was a bit of an inconvenience! Could one be squeezed in under the stairs? The other thing, which I feel needs resolving, is that all the sash windows in the lounge and dining area were painted up so we couldn't open them to get any fresh air. It didn't affect us unduly the week we were there, as the weather was cool, but a week later, when the temperature shot up, it would have been unbearable. With my mother there we spent a lot of time in the house. If a top and a bottom sash could be opened 6" in each room, it would make all the difference. Everywhere else in the house, the windows opened adequately. All the bedrooms are bright and airy and the 2 main front bedrooms on the 1st floor and the double on the 2nd floor have stunning views of the sea. The kitchen is extremely well equipped and there is lots of beach stuff to borrow. Contact with the owner was instant, on every occasion, and he was extremely helpful. It's a really lovely house and I highly recommend it.
