Didn’t stay as hotel was overbooked.

The location was close to Godwin Heights and that is where I needed to be.

Didn’t get to stay there as the hotel was overbooked and my room was given to someone else. Very disappointed.

It's so so

The staff was amazing and so kind. The location is convenient and there are plenty of stores and restaurants around!

If you are going to be "Pet" friendly then please do a better job at making sure those who do bring pets don't leave them in their rooms all day while at their child's competition where other guests have to listen to their barking all morning starting at 7 am. 🙄 Also had to rush out of hotel as there was alot of smoke and 911 was called (not their fault) but that's not why I'm disappointed, breakfast was a JOKE no bagels, no cereal, there was runny eggs, spongey sausage, 1 toaster, 1 waffle machine for the whole hotel and some dry muffins. The staff made the stay tolerable, the gentleman that worked overnight on 4/20-4/21 was the best and deserves a raise! Your staff are why I even would consider staying again!

The stay was great but the service could’ve been better

The location, breakfast, cleanliness of the property, and the comfortable bed.

I had to wait 3 hours to check in and the first front desk person was very unhelpful.

Superb

This hotel was way better than we expected! We went on a busy weekend and this was one of the cheaper options... Worth every penny. Staff was nice, pool/hot tub WORKED and was clean, along with the room.

The breakfast could have been better but then again it is included. We also had a problem with housekeepers coming in room with DND sign on and after one knock. Other than that we enjoyed our stay, very clean.

Passable

The location was convenient and it was quiet.

Jacuzzi tub was dirty and kept draining. We went and bought a drain stopper so we could use it after we cleaned it. The hotel hot tub jets didn't work.

We were 10 minutes away from our volleyball venues on both days.

The noise level and kids running, yelling and swearing up and down halls all nigh and in the adjoining room next to ours. It literally sounded like they were in our room. I asked for a new room within the first minutes of entering our room, but the front desk said no there aren’t any others because we are booked. My daughter and I did not sleep at all and we were miserable all day today at our volleyball tournament. We will stay at another hotel the next time we are in town so we can get some sleep. The whole vibe of the hotel from the moment we walked in was a great big party with adults drinking in the lobby and the kids running all around the hotel. We were just wanting to get some sleep as that was the purpose of booking the room.

Just a one night stay.

Emily, at the front desk, was super welcoming and friendly. The mattress was wonderful, can you tell me what brand it is?

The beds were sloppily made, is everything clean for each guest? One of the beds seemed "remade", the top sheet was not on right. The tv remote did not work, the refrigerator froze our milk. The coffee maker did not work. The fan in the heater was so noisy I thought it was a snowblower. And the carpet around the heater was soaking wet. An exhaust fan in the bathroom would be nice.

Nothing special, nothing ruinous, nice front desk staff.

There was some sort of high school sporting event so I literally could not get into the breakfast area. At least the coffee was in a different place. I didn't think of it before I went to bed but realized that there was no bottled water in the room. That would have been nice. I was surprised at how the noise from the hall (and next room) carried. Need more noise suppression.

Good quality at a good rate for holiday weekend

Front desk attendant that met us Friday evening was great. Helpful, friendly, seems genuinely to enjoy his job.

Shower drain was extremely slow. Notified the front desk on our way out. Didn't really get in the way of our stay, though.

I called an spoke to the manager, she was very rude to me.

Lady at front desk checking me out was on drugs. She was nodding in and out and passed out at the at the register as she was checking me out. Very unprofessional and very sad to see.
