nice amenities.

it was very noisy at night, if you’re a light sleeper you will struggle to sleep as it feels like your asleep on top of a motorway… at night there’s a lot of people revving their cars up and down the dual carriageway, it was extremely frustrating.

Superb

It was great location with a great view over the Seine. Very silent and with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Near town, shopping, restaurants. Ruoen to explore was amazing.

all in all was good, but at nights was difficult to sleep because of the heat and noise outside

location, and it was relatively clean.

was too noisy (even at night) and hot , better not to be there in hot summer days (and nights). And the deposit - may be it is normal procedure in France but it did not feel good....

Generally, I enjoy staying with L'hirondelle de Rouen!

The room is nicely furnished, facilities provided is all well equipped and the sunset view in the evening is great! There is a grocery store nearby and it is located within walking distance to the city center.

The windows are not soundproofed and thus it could be distracting at night. Besides, if the window blinds are covering the entire windows then it will be perfect during the day when the sunlight is strong.

Perfectly setup apartment.

For a change the flat was much bigger than the photos showed. There was a separate kitchen toilet and bathroom. It had a washing machine and dryer. Very rare. It also had a lovely view of the river and working barges. One minor drawback was audible traffic but that is no problem that the owner can solve. We had a minor difficultywith the keys working which the owner solved promptly and efficiently. The owner was a pleasure to deal with. Their agent on the other hand was not helpful at all. Deal with the owner of this excellent property.

Only the traffic noise, which we got used to .
