Nice apartment - convenient to everything

No breakfast option available

Small confusion on arrival as the original room was not prepared but another room was available and this was sorted within one phone call.

Closeness to the botanical garden. Clean room.

It was not possible to get a nights sleep at all because of multiple noice pollution. Both inside the room and from the outside. 1. A high electrical buzz sound was coming in intervalls the whole night.. periodically and constant from the aircon/el panel inside the roon..Tried several times to contact landlord/accomodation responsibles through the numbers listed, but no response. 2. At 6.45 in the morning there was sounds of construction, deliveries etc etc.... It not okay when its not possible to reach the accomodation responsibles during the stay. They should have informed on their page about the ongoing renovation of neighbour building. Would not recommend at all

Great location

Location is gratulacje, the room is very clean and nicely decorated. Self check-in is easy.

Noise from the outside but you can close the windows and use aircondition.

The staff and the location

Please avoid room 41, extremely noisy and damp and without curtains to make the room dark. There are kitchens in the rooms but without coffee machine(!). No shampoo. Very expensive. The staff though was very helpful and could change me to another room when I begged them for it.

Lovely clean contemporary room in a great location.

Small but beautiful room high atop Coimbra and steps from the University. Fully renovated with lovely contemporary furnishings and convenient kitchen equipment. Easy contactless check in and the staff called to be sure everything was to my liking. The AC worked great and was very much appreciated after climbing up the hill! Great value for money.

Although the location is great, it's a very steep walk uphill to get to the hotel. Then I was on the top floor so I had to carry my bags up three floors with a narrow winding staircase. The room was small but perfect for one person. The bathroom is a bit tiny. A very tall person might have an issue with the sloping ceilings in the top floor rooms but I found it charming.

Perfect location for visit purposes. Clean and practical. Very difficult stairs if you have luggage

The location is perfect, once you understand how to reach it (and it is not easy). The location is perfect if you visit the upper part of the town. The room is clean as the bathroom. The bed is comfortable

Ask for a low floor if you have luggages because the stairs are very unpractical and there are no lifts. Parking could be very difficult and you need to be lucky to find it. There are no restaurants in the area and you need to go downtown. Maybe better to avoid the glass contenitor of soap

Fascinating coimbra

I loved the location near the university Great shower Bright and airy as well as access to fridge kettle and microwave

Unfortunately it was freshers week so really noisy as a restaurant opposite not their fault

The air conditioner condenser when air was on made an annoying motor running sound every 20 seconds. I wore earplugs and headset and still could hear. Ist night didn't sleep much. 2nd night, we got the apartment very cold, shut air off. That worked until we could hear the neighbors around 3am.

My room (40) had a broken key lockbox, and broken handle. The key was just left in the lock for when i got there. I didnt feel comfortable until I had a good look around because it was right next to the entrance for the entire building.

Great location, nice staff but missing some maintenance.

Very nice, helpful and friendly staff. All my extra wishes have been fulfilled. Great location.

During a week-long stay, the studio was not cleaned once. Fridge was full of ice, walls definitly need some painting.

Pleasant

The location was perfect for me, as I needed to commute to the university every day. The kitchenette was also very well equipped with a stovetop, mini fridge and sink, and the room was clean and comfortable.

The booking listing advertises soundproof rooms and daily housekeeping, neither of which are true. I could hear entire conversations from all of my neighbors from inside my room, as well as people going up and down the stairs, and the housekeeping team only came once in my six-night stay to make the bed, empty the trash bins and switch some (not all) of the towels, they didn't even sweep the floor or do any sort of cleaning. The wifi is freely available, but it is very weak and rarely works. Furthermore, there is a symbolic bell at the university that rings every 15 minutes from 7am to midnight, which can be loud and irritating. Lastly, because there are no curtains and the windows in my room were at eye level with the street, I had to keep the shutters closed to avoid people looking in from the outside.

Wouldn't recommend

Close to the sights (library), good directions from the staff on where to park and how to enter the room. Easy check-in with a code for the front door. Modern decoration.

No hot water after one of us took a shower. Alerted the staff and they said we just have to wait 20 minutes before you can use the hot water again; however this didnt work for us. No soundproofing of the house, you could hear everything in the apartment (could literally hear the conversation of the girl next too us when I was in the bathroom) and outside. Small bathroom, however not inconvenient. Very small tv.

It was very good to pass a different night than the normal

Liked the heater, the location, the bed was very comfortable, and really liked that there was no staff, you just had to enter and go to your room. It was a great stay

I was a little bit confused on the code to open the front door, but I eventually got it, I didn't understood well at the first time. When I was taking a bath in the morning, the water went completely cold after not a long time, but I'm not sure if it's normal or if I was just unlucky
