Conveniently located in the heart of one of Newport's main districts, you'll love the convenience of being able to walk to some of Newport's finest dining and entertainment.

Comfortably furnished to accommodate up to 4 guests with plenty of sleeping options, Nye Stay is the perfect oceanfront condo for couples, families or friends traveling together. Downstairs is a private bedroom with full en suite bath. A Queen Sofa sleeper in the living room has access to the full guest bath. Upstairs is a second loft style bedroom also with en suite bath. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook your favorite meals. Nye stay also has premium channels like HBO, including DVR, on those days that are stormy and you want to stay inside! If you are feeling adventurous, take a short walk to the sand and have an old fashioned clam bake and seafood cookout!

Unit was exactly as described and, being in our mid to late 70s we found having the secure, gated parking and elevator access to the beautiful 3rd story condo was great. The views of the expansive Nye Beach were srcond to none.

There were 3 of us that traveled from Austin Texas to Newport, OR. One of us had been to Newport before. The pics on the website could not possibly capture how fabulous and perfect it was for us. We began and ended each day sitting on the balcony sipping coffee and watching/listening to the waves! The beach was literally right below us. It's location was so centralized that we walked to most places to eat, shop We appreciated how easy and "non micromanage" things were with the check out responsibilities. One suggestoon:The balcony has 2 rocking chairs...there really should be 4. This condo sleeps 6. We WILL book here again...and again!

Fantastic location, right on the beach, close enough to walk to the restaurants and shops in Nye Beach. It's a smaller unit but, they made the most of the available space in the living/dining area. Bedrooms are very comfortable. The primary has a great view of the ocean. Would definitely stay here again

Overall nice stay. Would have liked an earlier check in time, or availability if property was available earlier. Location is great, and overall layout was nice and could easily accommodate the four of us. Kitchen was a nice layout and decently stocked with supplies for meal prep and cooking.

I love staying somewhere you can park and not have to get back in your car and this place is just that. It is the perfect location for restaurants, shopping, and the beach. The condo was clean, spacious, had everything you need (except coffee) and an amazing view. Will definitely stay here again if I'm in the area.

Perfect place to stay at Nye Beach. Right on the water with the sound of the waves your constant background. Walk to shops and restaurants in 5 minutes. The condo was immaculate and had everything you would need. We stayed 4 nights and hated to leave. We’ll be back for sure!

Just as described. Comfortable & clean. Safe area. Gorgeous unobstructed ocean views from balcony. Location is Perfect. Walkable around Nye Beach and to the Bayfront. Easy beach access. Downfalls- top floor with no elevator but was fine for us and only one parking spot but street parking available or close beach public parking lot. Definitely would stay here over and over. Great communication with property manager.

Overall, the condo is very nice. The view is outstanding, as is the location which is a short walk to lots of restaurants, wine stores, bakeries (Blue Pig), and bars, as well as the beach. You are close to the public access to the beach, so there is great people and dog watching. The condo's kitchen is well appointed with the basic equipment to prepare your meals and is very comfortable. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Awesome location at coastal Oregon fishing community. Lots to see and do in Newport. Close proximity to so many parks. The view from the balcony at sunset is awesome. Great panoramic view of expansive beachfront. Great location, walking distance to everything and anything. The place is tidy and well organized. A washer/dryer would have been nice.

It was a great place to stay. Wife and I relaxed and enjoyed the beach views. My son enjoyed playing board game while watching the waves. The kitchen was well equipped and many good restaurants are within walking distance.

Nye Stay exceeded my expectations. The view of the ocean from the third floor and proximity to restaurants, shops, galleries and beach was A+! You could walk everywhere. As East Coasters, we enjoyed the unique coast vibe with changing tides, fog, temperatures. We’d book again!

This place is great! Clean, comfortable and you can’t beat the view. We saw whales from the living room. We stayed here with our 15yr old son and 13 yr old daughter. Plenty of space and pretty much anything you need or want within walking distance.

Its a great location if you want an active beach area; you can walk a short distance and its not as crowded. We saw whales from the balcony! Town is cute but on the weekend there are long waits at restaurants. There is NO laundry access and I think passes to a laundry mat would be. nice and this feature removed from the listing. We were on a 13 day trip so washing our clothes was essential but a good life lesson for our teens as we sat at a laundry mat for part of our day. It can get hot-no AC so for southerners like us that was different and only two fans so I would suggest more because the loft is extremely uncomfortable in the afternoon. Lots of bathrooms were a bonus.

This place was amazing. Very clean and comfortable with stunning views and easy access to the beach. We even got to spend an evening watching whales on the patio. The perfect getaway!
