Amazing views to the bay and the sea. All greenery very well look after.

Good location with good proximity to the airport. Good food selection but there were some service issues with the a la carte restaurants and guests were left waiting for tables and/or food on a number of occasions.
In need of some refurbishment in some areas, especially around the pools. Generally, cleaning and waiting staff were friendly but some front of house were not very helpful or friendly. The pool bar ran out of a number of drinks on a daily basis. Gluten free food options were slightly limited.

great rooms and if I was there on vacation great facilities
The F&B was very un-imaginative and pretty basic.
Breakfast was Ok but he buffet was mostly quite low quality at dinner time.
Also used the steak restaurant which was also disappointing.
Need to consider F&B as part of the product and less as a cost centre.

La plage, l’accueil et les différents équipements.
La chambre vu montagne trop sombre

The Royalton Antigua is what you would expect from an all-inclusive resort. The accommodation, restaurants and amenities are well maintained. There are a variety of pools for adults and kids as well as the beach front. The pool bar is a hit.
The food is varied in the main buffet hall with something for everyone.
Be aware that there is a fee of US$150 per night should you happen to lose your wrist band (which also acts as your key card for your room). This is within the small print of the admission document you sign but not highlighted. I feel this fee is extortionate for something that is unlikely to cost more than US$5-10. I did share my thoughts re: this with management.

I like the way the property was appointed. Everything was accessible. The grounds are beautiful and overall well-maintained.
In my room, there was an issue with the shower door. Maintenance came to fix it, but the door still hangs awkwardly. it was also an issue with the phone in my room, not taking messages. A friend advised me that they left a message for me. However, the phone light was blinking, but the television screen showed no messages and the phone keypad had no identifying way of retrieving the messages.

I liked the bountiful buffet.
The room had molding from the a.c vents which made it difficult for me to breathe; some of the staff, two in particular, was a but standoffs.

The beach was beautiful. Food quality just fair service was fair not a 4 star property as stated on website drinks were poor quality
Property was very nice

Variety of restaurants, pool & beach & specialty drink of the day. Loved the ice cream parlor
I wish there was more activity’s at the pool & music

The food is very mediocre at best. When I asked the person operating the omelet station for extra spinach I had to ask multiple times. It’s seems as she was doing what she wanted instead of focusing on client satisfaction.
The resort itself is mediocre. Air conditioning was subpar and I was hot even when inside buildings.
The food is mediocre; tends to be usually overcooked and lacks flavor
The service staff was ok at best. The cocktails were ok. I like frozen cocktails and they had one blender at the pool bar to serve hundreds of people. The staff was slow.
The hotel room smelled moldy and was dirty in some areas. Housekeeping needs to do a better job.
I was there for a family member wedding. The reception hall was so hot. I brought it to the attention of the staff and nothing was done. The wedding reception was buffet style. The beef was undercooked and hard to eat. The chicken was chewy and overcooked. I would not recommend this place even if it was free.
They are very overpriced for the accommodation and what is offered to guest. This is my second time at this property. I visited in September 2022 to help my family plan their wedding. I can say I will never go back.

How the beach, pool and bar were in one location. Also, the butlers were very good at their job, super helpful and friendly and willing to go the extra mile for you.
A little urgency from the staff at the restaurants. There was no urgency to get you what you needed quickly. Also staff related to the restaurants were quick to say they did not have any left of certain items but other staff were able to get you those items.

Some of the staff were great and Antigua itself is lovely.
The level of service, attention to detail and the lack of local produce etc.

the resort amenities are great.
the gave me the wrong room accommodation, the casino is closed down so that takes away from value, head of security lied and accused me of smoking so they could try to get 350 fine out of me. I was denied access to hunter restaurant because they said I didn’t have sleeves on in 90 degree weather.

The location, the food, the entertainment and the pleasant attitude of most of the staff.
The mannerisms of very few staff members and the elevators not working a few times.

location and weather were great. some facilities (gym) were really good, beach cleanliness and space was good.
felt in need of a major refurbishment and some staff seemed somewhat disengaged. very welcoming and helpful in some parts of the property but in others, it felt that we were intruding !
