We had an amazing time in this South Tahoe home. The kids loved the game room, backyard to sled and build snowmen, and the hot tub to warm up in. It comfortably slept all 14 of us. The kitchen was very open with lots of dining space for ease of us cooking and feeding a lot of people. Management was great to work with, quick responses and friendly. Would definitely rent again!

My 8yr old daughter likes to take trips for her Birthday! This year she chose this house up in the snow! What a wonderful choice. She was WOW’d by this home! The house was clean, the game room was a hit, the backyard was safe for snow sledding, and then a little jump in the hot tub hit the spot for them!
I, unfortunately had the flu and had to stay home, but my family had a wonderful time and they absolutely loved the house! They want to stay there every time we go to Tahoe! We are looking forward to another trip to Tahoe in the near future!

Very glad we chose this house for our stay. Close to grocery store and gas stations. About 10 minutes from casinos and ski resorts. Very quiet and place is very clean and comfortable. House had every cooking utensil and pots/pans you would need. Literally just need to bring food. Back yard had tons of space so we dug our own snow track for kids to sled on. About 5 sleds included. Can’t say enough good things. Host was easy to get ahold of but only needed to contact him once. Would love to see this place in the summer

Our family recently stayed at this stunning home. The sheer size and layout was spacious yet cozy! The living areas are beautifully appointed with comfortable furnishings and tasteful decor. As a family that loves to cook, we were thrilled to find everything we needed to prepare dinners each night. The views were spectacular, while enjoying the very clean hot tub and the bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. From the moment we booked our stay Erik, was attentive, accommodating and ensured our welcome! This home is close to skiing, snowboarding, tubing, casino's and shopping. Its a perfect blend of luxury, comfort and natural beauty, we cant wait to return soon.

It was very comfortable for our party of 10. First cabin we have rented that had a large enough dining table for all of us to eat together. There was not much snow on the mountains so we couldn't go skiing but we got a lot of use from the great game room and the hot tub. Everything work well.

Eight of us spent the week prior to Christmas at the cabin as our gift to the family and had a blast. The kids used the game room every day, we had some great meals in the huge kitchen/dinning. Supper quiet street. The beds were very comfortable and warm and the town of South Lake is very close so we saw a movie, went bowling, walked around town and even had a great sushi dinner. Highly reccomend staying here

My friends and I enjoyed staying here so much! Erik made it so easy to check in and out and was reachable whenever I have questions. The house was clean and spacious. We loved the convenience of the distance to stores, the tubing place, and heavenly! We loved how there were sleds already there so we can just enjoy the amenities of the house. The house was perfect for our all adult family. There was plenty of space and lots of activities for everyone. The kitchen was great to cook large meals for a big family. The snow made the location even more beautiful. The host was responsive and helpful. We would stay here again.

We come up to Tahoe every year as a family for Thanksgiving . This was such a great place and the dogs enjoyed the large fenced in yard which is hard to find in Tahoe . Jacuzzi tub was huge and worked great ! The game room was a huge plus ! Check in and check out was a breeze and communication was on point ! You won’t regret booking this place !

The entire stay was comfortable, clean, and done with ease. We were a group of twelve and the home was perfect in size and location. There were only a few minor issues, but the only thing worthy of mentioning are the beds. It wasn’t until after the trip that my colleagues mentioned a few of the beds being uncomfortable. Specifically, the queen bedroom on the second floor with the adjoining restroom. My colleagues stated that the bed “dipped.” Mind you, we spent majority of our time in the game room and living room so it was still a great time!

We were a group of 5 families with 11 adults, 5 kids (with an infant). The house size was perfect with 5 bedrooms. The property is huge. We did a lot of cooking. Loved the kitchen which was completely stocked with utensils. The bedroom’s upstairs and downstairs were spacious and the beds comfortable. The pillows and mattress were super comfy for a good night sleep for all age groups from 2 to 65. The carpets had just been deep cleaned a day prior to our visit and hence we had no trouble letting our little one play on the carpet. The game room was amazing. We spent a lot of time there on the basketball hoops, darts, tt, and billiards. It was fun ! The backyard is also huge but we were not able to utilize it much apart from a couple hours. Honestly we fell short of tine. The bathrooms were clean and neat and well stocked with towels and shampoos / soaps. There wasnt any complaints we had through our stay. And we thoroughly enjoyed this property. We only wished to have stayed a bit more, likely another night.

We used the property for a family vacation and found it to work well for our medium-sized group. The kitchen and dining area is spacious and accommodating. The game room provided entertainment alternatives when we were staying in. We would stay there again if the opportunity presented itself.

This home is gorgeous with comfortable furniture and bedding. The kitchen is amazing and fully stocked with quality dish ware and cook ware. The spa and backyard are relaxing and tranquil. We had fun in the game room. It was so nice having the master bedroom upstairs with the guest rooms for adult children downstairs.

This Spacious cabin was a good-size for our family,kids,&pets.The kitchen,dining,livingroom,&patio are up-stairs&connected with lots of large-windows&with amazing scenic-view of the beautiful back-yard,tall-trees,&green-grass; this up-stairs also has a friendly/open-spaced Layout that we greatly appreciated & spent family-time gatherings. However, this cabin's "FILTHINESS" was a Huge "PROBLEM" for us!!! We spent Lots of "MONEY"Renting this cabin for 5-Nights which "should-have" been "CLEANED"!!! This cabin was "FILTHY" w/Built-Up "DIRT"/Lots of "GRIME"! My Wife & I spent-hours "Cleaning" & "Scrubbing" the up-stairs Doors,kitchen-Cabinets,Stove,Chairs,&Coffee-Tables; the Range-Hood over the stove...we did "Not" have time to "Scrub" the "GRIME" along with other Interior-areas. This cabin needs serious, Interior "Deep-CLEANING"!!! The Exterior on BBQ-Grill & the whole-Patio w/Furniture was "FILTHY" which we "Washed" w/water-hose; we would have "Cleaned" a lot-more of the Interior but no-time;we took PHOTOS. Master-Bedroom's lamp was flimsy,&Bathroom needs "REMODELING"! All PILLOWS in the Master-Bedroom & other Bedrooms need to be "Thrown-Away"!!! These PILLOWS are "flat","hard"&"worn-out"!!! Need to "buy" New PILLOWS, Bed-SHEETS, & Pillow-CASES that are more comfortable & fit! All the Adults SLEPT "HORRIBLE"!!! COSTCO "sells" PILLOWS for $13. Manager responded & delivered dishwasher-Pods;we did "Not" want Manager to send more people-over again to in-vade in our privacy at cabin.

We recently stayed with 4 families - all relatives for 5 nights. The property was beautiful and we had everything we needed and was listed in description. The top floor of the property was an open kitchen with a large outdoor deck connected to the main living room and a shared half bath, as well as the master bedroom and private master bath. Downstairs there was the large game room which we spent most nights together playing the various table games. There are two separate bedrooms downstairs and a hallway leading to the second level deck (with the working hot tub). On the same level is two more bedrooms connected by a shared bathroom (separated by pocket doors). Further down the hallway is a larger bathroom with walk in shower and his/hers sinks. At the very end is the laundry room with a door leading outside. Down a final set of stairs on the deck leads you to the ground level with a meticulously maintained backyard. Overall our stay was amazing and exactly what we needed for our family get-together. There were minor cosmetic things wrong here and there, but nothing you wouldn’t expect from a rental property and everything worked well. 100% we would stay here again. Finally, we had never had a more attentive and communicative property manager which was very welcoming. This made us feel very at ease if we had questions about anything! Thanks Erik!

The home is in a great neighborhood and has the space and amenities desired for a large group traveling with teens and children. The condition of the home is in desperate need of updating. As we entered the home the carpets had been shampooed, however the home smells terribly of pet odor and urine. It was almost unbearable, but after the carpet dried it was a little more bearable. The master bathroom and bathroom downstairs are in desperate need of new flooring and tile work in the showers. There is mold ALL over the bottom and sides of these showers, as well as the master bath shower is leaking over into the bathroom and tiles are lifting. If we hadn’t been a large group in Tahoe during peak season I would have left and found other accommodations, but the fact is it would have been impossible to find something to fit us. Erik with the property management team was great to work with. He was very responsive and easy to work with. Would stay with another property that his group manages but wouldn’t stay at this house again.

Our family gathers for an annual trip to Tahoe for my sons birthday being that he was a 4th of July baby. We had family members arrange accommodations at the strip bc we were aware of the county regs and due to the owners strict or as he put it “stickler” tendencies and wanted no trouble.
when he was alerted of noisy neighbors, he assumed it was us and called and texted me past midnight asking us to quiet down. He asked for proof and a video was sent. I woke up to an add’l text asking to confirm number of cars parked. We were compliant and I confirmed. We were in and out going to the casino and made sure our guests left at 10pm who were not sleeping over.
The whole time I felt like I couldn’t enjoy my stay while at the cabin because he admitted to watching the ring cameras after I had confirmed we were not the noisy neighbors.
The cabin itself is beautiful. There’s a lot of pollen everywhere and I there’s no A/C.
Cleanliness: When we arrived the cabin wasn’t ready until 430p. The owner and housekeepers were rushing to clean up and we stood waiting to unload and start our trip. The linens left for us were damp, there were signs on glass that not everything was cleaned. The linens were not fresh - bring your own. Mold in master bath.

Refrigerator needs work or maintenance. Takes forever to cool foods and beverages. We used our yeti cooler to store meats. Lights above the range are inoperable and at least one of the ranges doesn’t work right

We recently stayed a week here for our family reunion and the celebration of my 75th birthday, and this hone couldnt have bern better for the event. The home was close to town, yet felt very private. It was spotless and roomy enough for all 11 of us, ages 4 to 75, with plenty of beds and a nicely equipped kitchen for cooking our old family favorites. The game room was outstanding! And Erik, our host, was very welcoming and ready to see to any needs we might have.

My husband and myself stayed at the home with his 3 kids (25-30) and my 2 kids (20 & 27) & 2 dogs. We were there for 5 nights in June as a family vacation. The weather wasn’t great, but this house was wonderful! The master bedroom is located upstairs with a very large en-suite bathroom, all the other bedrooms are located downstairs with the extra large game room. Wonderful for us as we went to bed earlier then the kids so there were able to stay up late in the game room without disturbing us. The game room was definitely a hit! They even had a 2- person basketball game that was definitely a favorite! Nice large open kitchen/family room/ with extra large table for meals. The yard was very large , fenced in with no homes that the dogs could escape. They weren’t out there much due to the rain, but it’s an excellent yard if your vacationing with your dog/dogs. We had a problem with the grill , but a handyman was sent over within a few hours and fixed it. The property manager was very prompt with his replies to my text. The house is about 15 minutes from downtown which was convenient for dinners out and casinos. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better home to stay with our family .

This was the perfect spot for our moms' weekend getaway. The property was clean, in great condition, and would be roomy enough for three families. The property manager was also easy to get in touch with and accommodating. Although we visited during a winter with record snowfall, the yard looked spacious (under several feet of snow). We would definitely consider visiting this property again in the future. Thanks so much for a great trip!

We were quite disappointed to travel all the way to Tahoe, with a large group of people, to discover that the house we booked SPECIFICALLY for the game room has an ENORMOUS outdated game room. As I mentioned to the property manager Erik, the games are basically nonfunctional or broken and basically just for show. Being that it was the ONLY reason we booked the property it left us pretty frustrated because the ad was completely misleading. The home is beautiful but unfortunately was not completely clean when we checked in. We had to spend so much time cleaning the kitchen and emptying the coffee machines that had used coffee in them. After speaking to Erik about these issues he did refund me a small credit which really was not sufficient for rate we paid because the rate we paid was for a home with an ENORMOUS game room that has functioning games and we also paid a cleaning fee just like the guests who checked out before us paid and therefore the property should be deep cleaned and ready for the next guest checkin. Very disappointed in the entire stay and the fact that we were mislead into booking this home with incorrect photos and amenities that were listed. Erik is great and very responsive but I do believe the listing for this home needs to be upgraded and the home owner should update the game room for future guests.

This property is accurately listed as "Tahoe Paradise"! We had an excellent stay here for a family (3 households) vacation that was full of fun group meals, games, snow activities, and shopping/site seeing excursions. The house has a huge game room with everything for the kids, and adults! Pool table (with ping pong option), foosball, air hockey, pop a shot, and TV/sitting area. The kitchen/living area is perfect for family/group dinners and hanging out, as it is an open area with high ceilings. The dining table seats 10 comfortably too. The hot tub is big, and covered by the deck above it, which is nice for making not feel so cold and exposed when you go in and out of the tub. The location is good too, as it's before the airport on Hwy 50, so you'll probably avoid traffic if it builds up on the approach to Lake Tahoe Blvd. And for getting to and from Heavenly and the Village, it's right off of Pioneer Trail, which is like a secret expressway!
