The separate bedrooms have everyone a chance to have their own space. Nice kitchen area and the chairs were very comfortable! Very close to a grocery store and several historical locations.
The street level apartment made it a little loud while sleeping. The back balcony is close to several smokers, so we kept having to close those windows.

The apartment is spacious, well-lighted, lots of windows = great ventilation, beds and chairs are very comfortable. Everything is very clean and in good repair. Walk to the Alt Stadt was about 10 minutes. We felt safe walking everywhere we went.
There were no bath/shower toiletries - no shampoo, no bath soap/shower gel, and no body lotion. Host needs to provide better description of street parking at 10 € a day. The machines only take coins, unless you have a phone that can connect to the internet. The neighborhood is on the shabby side - graffiti & trash. However people were friendly and helpful when we asked for how to pay for parking directions using our schlechtes Deutsch. Could have used a couple more smaller bed pillows and benches to put suitcases on.

Very nice apartment in Erfurt. Very clean, good location about 10 min walk to the Dom. Very clean. Wifi worked great and having Alexa and Netflix was a bonus. We are family of 2 adults and 3 kids. The kids slept in one bedroom with a double and twin bed, and my husband and I had the studio apartment-type room (kitchen with bed). It was a nice set-up because we didn't wake anyone up when we got our coffee, so we preferred it this way. The apartment is up 2-3 steps on the main floor, which was great. Seemed like a safe neighborhood in a residential area. We were there for the Christmas market, which we recommend. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was stocked to make easy meals. Nico sent check-in instructions in German and English. We didn't meet him, but he was easy to communicate with on Booking Messenger. The self-check in was very easy. Looks like the photos. I would definitely recommend Little Venice! Thanks, Nico!
I really love this apartment, but the parking situation is not good in Erfurt. Nico messaged us when we asked about parking. He couldn't get us a local permit, but he suggested street parking or to use a public garage. We weren't sure about street parking because it seemed tight for our very large car and we couldn't figure out where the permit-only zones were (many cars had permits posted in their windows). We parked at the Anger Parkhaus about 1 km away for 13Eur/Day. I think it was the closest (a list of garages and distance would be good to include in the info message). We were able to drop off and pick up our luggage by the front door, which was nice. I think parking may just be an Erfurt problem in general and not Nico's fault! This apartment would be even better if it had a dedicated parking space.
