Clean and spacious rooms. Helpful staff. Breakfast was plentiful with lots of choice. Ideal location for visiting Duxford and a good pub just up the road.
Shame we had a disabled bathroom but not a criticism at all!

Breakfast was excellent, with plenty of choice.
No onsite evening meals. Lack of restaurant facilities

Super rooms and comfortable beds. Tranquil location surrounded by greenery.
Some hot breakfast items had run out at 8.30. Signage could be better.

Reception and receptionists were great. The whole centre was clean and fresh. The receptionists were very friendly, helpful and efficient. Breakfast was great at an all you can eat buffet.

Lovely grounds with beautiful gardens and very nice birding opportunities. The hall was historically interesting
It is a bit strange to stay at a conference center and the roads leading to it were closed (no fault of the center) so that was stressful. I didn’t notice the “Don’t drink this water before boiling” sign in the bathroom until after I’d had a glass. No air conditioning but there was a fan and the window opened.

Lovely campus. Bedroom was clean, functional and comfortable. Reception was very helpful both when my key got decoded in my wallet, and for local knowledge about where to eat. Security was efficient but might discourage one from receiving visitors, by car at least. I don't eat breakfast so can't comment on that. Although the bar was open, I didn't try that.
I found the distributed nature of the facilities difficult, not least because I was suffering from a knee problem at the time. The car park is quite a walk from Reception. Reception was a slightly shorter walk from the accommodation block. The bar and breakfast facilities were in a third building. I was very relieved it wasn't raining! Lack of signposting at the accommodation block meant I went to a fire exit as the main entrance was not easily identifiable.

Great location, situated between Cambridge and Saffron Walden. Not far from M11 and A11. The staff were friendly and helpful, everywhere very clean and tidy.
The breakfast which was included, again I couldn't fault. A pleasurable experience
Signposting around the venue could be better but to be honest I had to dig deep to find something I didn't like.

The room was beautiful and airy being set on the ground floor with floor to ceiling windows on one side. The very large bed was comfortable and the shower cubicle good and spacious. Complimentary tea, coffee, water and snacks were provided together with shower and bath toiletries. Being set in a large area of parkland the campus has a very calm atmosphere without any heavy noise and with good security. Breakfast was good with a full array of cold and hot choices. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
We found the room heating - especially the bathroom - too hot. The bedroom did have some heating controls but due to staying only one night and returning late after an evening event we didn't have the opportunity to discover if these could have improved the bathroom heat.
