Just an 8 minute drive to downtown.
The home boasts 4 large sliders that open the living room and master bedrooms to the pool. There is plenty of unrestricted parking for all. You can relax around the fire pit or outside dining room for dinner or enjoy a late night movie on the giant LCD in the living room.

If you enjoy the nightlife we are located just a few minutes from downtown Palm Springs. There is no shortage of restaurants, bars, and entertainment throughout the year.

Please be advised that the City of Palm Springs is very strict with new ordinances regarding short term rentals. There are no parties allowed on the premises. No sound systems of any kind are allowed to be brought onto the property by guests. The occupancy is limited to 14 overnight guests. An additional 4 daytime guests are allowed (10a-10p). And only 6 cars are allowed on the property at any time. Also, all outside noise (yelling, etc) needs to kept to a minimum after 10pm quiet hours begin! Please keep these in mind when booking the house.

Palm Springs will enforce, ticket and even evict if the rules are broken. First time renting a home on VRBO , would highly recommend ! House accommodated 9 of us and we had a wonderful time . We cooked most of meals . My only negative would be the kitchen could use an upgrade in pots pans .

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property. Made great for a friend Reunion. Pool, hot tub and all the available activities made for a great vacation. Manager was always available and with great locations. Can’t wait to stay again.

This is a fantastic house! The backyard is stunning. We had a group of 14 (with infants). I was originally concerned that the space may feel tight, but with the ability to completely open the glass doors to the backyard, we had plenty of space.
Both Sacha and Bryan are AMAZING to work with. Sacha helped us with any questions prior to our stay. I always received a prompt response. We had a few infants within the group and he was so helpful in making sure we had the proper number of cribs. The check-in process with Bryan was seamless. There was one minor issue that was quickly resolved. He was very kind and made sure we had everything we needed to have a fabulous time. We all felt well taken care of while there!
The house itself is fully stocked. Plenty of towels, kitchen appliances, games, even pool floats and noodles. They really thought of everything a group would need to feel comfortable in the house. There is also a house sound system to play music from Spotify or Alexa. This house is simply amazing and our group had a wonderful time there!

Amazing property with all the amenities!
We visited the property with 12 adult friends and stayed for four nights. Sacha, the property owner and Gordy, the property manager, we’re both amazing to work with at every point. There is so much space that the group can be together or they can each can do their own thing. It was a quick Lyft ride to downtown Palm Springs. Can’t say enough great things about this property and Sacha and Gordy!

The home was a wonderful place to WFH and also relax. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. It was our first time in Palm Springs and they made us feel right at home.

We totally enjoyed staying at this property. There was plenty of space for everyone to not feel crowded and to get away by themselves if they wanted. The furnishings were perfect, comfortable, and large enough to hold us all. We were 11 people in all from age 6 to 70+ and we could all be around the pool, fire pit, and the dining table without squeezing in. The kitchen overlooked the dining room/living room and pool. We could even watch football on the large TV altogether. The glass doors to the pool slide open making a huge indoor outdoor space. The hot tub fed into the pool and was perfect for relaxing. The yard provided another big table for all of us to eat and grill outside. There were also games galore to be played- bocce, ladder ball, corn hole and golf putting on a large green. There was no need to ever leave the house. Instacart delivered everything we needed and the kitchen was easy and pleasant for cooking. Close to the airport and downtown Palm Springs for shopping. Antonio, the manager answered any need or question we had in record time. Can’t say enough good things about this place. You won’t be disappointed with a stay here.

Great property - stayed with some friends and our children aged 2 - 10. House and grounds are fantastic and host communication was excellent. House was fantastically clean, nicely furnished and plenty of fun things to do - we barely left the property!

We had the best time. The house is perfection. So fun, so easy, so well maintained and the games were the best. Sascha was so helpful and friendly and checked in with us during the stay to make sure all was well. I loved it!!!

Nice spacious home, perfect for our two families. Good home base to explore Joshua Tree and Palm Springs. Price was a bit high for the furnishings but overall I would recommend this place.

Perfect family getaway - 5 stars!!!
We really enjoyed our time here! All 5 kids (ages 4-15) were entertained from morning until night. The property manager and owner were great at communicating throughout our stay. Swimming, jacuzzi, s’mores in the firepit, lawn games, mini-golf, video games, and music. We didn’t leave the house for 4 days (shelter in place rules in CA right now) and we didn’t mind at all! The house was very clean. It’s a smart house (high tech), which we liked. We definitely recommend this place! Appreciated the hospitality-

Desert Paradise
My friends and I LOVED this property. With six bedrooms, it comfortably accommodated all of us and also had very nice “common” space for eating, drinking, and socializing. This “smart home” also has a gorgeous outdoor space with a pool, hot tub, putting green, ping pong, pool table, corn hole, and chess. We even played hours of Xbox and other board games that were on property. We had so much fun at the house that we didn’t really go out that much. lol Lars, the property manager is a gem, and he took great care of us the entire week. I recommend this property if you have a large family or group of friends who appreciate the best when they travel. :)

Everything we needed and more
Sacha and Lars were AMAZING. We shot a tv show there for a day and they could NOT have been easier and more accommodating to work with. Great communication and so kind. And the house is PERFECT and beyond comfortable. I want to go back and rent it for myself!!

Fantastic home
My family and our friends just had the most fabulous stay at this beautiful home. There was so much to enjoy from the pool and spa, the game room, to the most comfortable beds we’ve all slept in, we could not have enjoyed our vacation more. Lars and Sacha were great with communication and thought of every detail to help us enjoy our time. Our kids are already asking when we get to come back! Would highly recommend for guests of all ages, truly an oasis for us.

Nothing short of perfection
This house is absolutely amazing. I stayed here with 8 people and it was perfect. All the rooms other than the game room are spacious and well put together. It’s a smart house so once you get a hang of it, things are so easy. The layout of the house is perfect and the owner’s communication was prompt. The property manager Kristin and Eric were exceptional throughout our stay. The kitchen has literally everything you need to cook up a storm. There are so many activities in the back yard which made our stay so much fun. I highly recommend the private apartment if you have an option to pick your room. I will definitely rent this place again and recommend it to everyone else as well. Thank you for the wonderful experience.

Wonderful group birthday vacay!
Our group of several families enjoyed an amazing stay at owner Sacha’s property! Both he and the property manager were extremely responsive to any questions we had, the house and grounds were beautiful and there was every amenity imaginable for both adults and kids to enjoy! I I am very picky as to house rentals, and I would without a doubt be back to this awesome Palm Springs property!

This house is great for a fun and/or relaxing weekend. I would suggest not going at capacity as some rooms are tights but the house is gorgeous and clean and great.

Amazing home! They’ve thought of everything
We had 12 friends stay here to celebrate my 50th birthday. There was more than enough room for everyone, beds were very comfortable, gorgeous showers/bathrooms. We used every amenity and barely left the house while we were there. Amazing!

Great vibes, great house
Place was perfect for a family reunion. The rooms were great, well decorated, nice beds, nice sheets, nice open spaces, nice firepit. Everyone loved the house and we only left the entire weekend to go get groceries. If you were to come back to Palm Springs I would recommend this place!
Cleaning might be a little pricey but atleast you dont have to clean all your own damn dishes like everyone else makes you to!
