Superb

Very clean, central Johann is very professional and received us very friendly and explained everything.

Beautiful accommodation in Hout Bay! Home away from home.

Location! Hosts! Battery for load shedding! The property is perfectly located in Hout Bay, Cape Town. Close to so many restaurants and shops. Very central and easy to get to all the top tourist attractions. The hosts were so helpful and made sure our stay was awesome. The accommodation has all home comforts and a back up battery for load shedding so we could still have lights, watch TV and have WIFI. Property has good security so we felt safe. Super place, I hope we get to visit again.

Exceptional in all aspects

The host Johann was friendly and available throughout our stay. The appliances worked and were in excellent condition. The apartment finishes are modern and not cluttered. The apartment was super clean There was a burst pipe in the area. Johann arranged for us to have drinking water and provided another apartment for us to freshen up and bath. Thanks to him and Karen for assisting us during this time. DK Villa brand is an exceptional one and we are looking forward to rebook another holiday with them.

Amazing apartment with stunning view!

The apartment has a beautiful interior and is well equipment - feels still freshly renovated. Sitting in the living room enjoying the view or watching the sunset was perfect. Johann was very friendly - he even let us check in earlier and gave great recommendations. Even though it is more expensive than other apartments in Southafrica it is worth it and we would definitely stay again in one of his properties! Uber and Uber Black work also very good and can drive you around.

Unexpected perfection. Totally satisfied.

The attention to details was exceptional- everything one could want to feel at home was there. The view was stunning and the whole layout and look of the apartment just tasteful and beautiful.

This apartment is exceptional and the host paid attention to every detail to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Beautiful view, close to beach and stores and immaculately clean. Highly recommend it.

Awesome ace to stay!

Absolutely everything. Up-market amenities, clean and neat and our host bent over backwards to ensure we were comfortable. And it has backup power so loadshedding is not a problem.

Exceptional

Extremely neat and clean, great location , close to everything you need. Amazing creature comfort. Felt like home. Every small detail was thought of. The view and fresh air was breathtakingly refreshing. All our needs were catered for. Johann went out of his way to ensure our stay was phenomenal. It felt like home away from home. We thank Johann for his hospitality and the personalized attention. Highly recommend accommodation, we will certainly be back

One small little remark, my wife and our baby slept in the front room as you enter. Room was beautiful and fresh only thing missing was a ceiling fan , like the other 2 rooms had. It was very warm at night for her. But I'm sure Johann will resolve that before our next visit.

We did breakfast ourselves . The whole experience and stay was superb ! Johann met us when we arrived - great personality , explained everything to us and we connected to his enthusiasm !

Relaxing

Johann is a great host. He was there when we arrived and even helped us with our bags. Gave us a brief about Hout Bay, restaurants and activities that we could try out. His place was clean and a walking distance to the beach

just loved our week - weather was brilliant as well.

this was a beautiful apartment in a convenient part of Hout Bay. Is central to everything -beach, shops, restaurants. gorgeous view from the balcony. the lift was great for carrying cases, shopping etc!

Amazing time, absolutely stunning view, beautifully furnished and impeccably, well equipped property!

the location, the look and feel, impeccable!

The driveway is on a busy corner and a bush obscures the view of oncoming traffic when exiting the property. In my opinion, it would be a great idea to cut down that bush, for safety’s sake.

The venue is absolutely stunning. So comfortable and luxurious. 5 min from the beach, stores , and restaurants, all within walking distance. Great host , Johann is so gracious, and took such great care of us, We would love to stay here on our next visit
