The top level features a light airy layout with a well appointed chef’s kitchen with vaulted skylit ceilings and top of the line appliances, outdoor patio terrace with built-in gas grill and al fresco dining. A large sitting area with TV and formal dining area for 12 opens to a sleek game room with billiards table and wet bar. Adjacent to the game room there’s a cedar dry sauna and bathroom with private entrance.

The seven luxuriant guest bedrooms are spread between three interior floors, each with carefully selected furniture & decor, soft linens, toiletries and flat screen televisions. We needed a place to accomodate 12 adults and this was perfect! We had a great stay!!! The accomodations were great and perfect for our family! The communication with the property managers when we were on site was great - quick to respond and very helpful (and friendly!) Pool, rooftop deck with fire pit, hot tub, big bright kitchen and each room was roomy and the feng swey was great! We highly recommend the place! (And hopefully we'll be back!)

The house was well kept with a great main floor layout. Only bummer was we never got the elevator working and the house has a lot of stairs. But we had a great stay with 12 adults and the views are amazing

My wife and I had a small (13 guest- everyone invited stayed at the home) wedding and this location was the perfect place to host everyone. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The kitchen has everything you could need to make big family dinners. We loved being able to play pool and hang out on the terrace. Communication and check in was a breeze and I would highly recommend this home for your next gathering. It was the most incredible weekend and the home was a huge part that made it work so well

We stayed for two hours and had to leave. I had a huge asthma and allergy attack. Home was not clean and smelled musty. Old home, furnishing disappointing.

The property view and spaces were amazing. The kitchen is fantastic and large. The rooms were clean. Bring your own extra towels and bath soaps though.

While we enjoyed our stay at this property, and the house was beautiful, we were disappointed by a number of issues with the property and management company that I think deserve fair warning for potential new guests. I do not recommend if you have a large group (using all bedrooms) and want to use the house for a fun time with friends. It's a shame, as the house is beautiful. -The host forces you to sign a lease for the duration of your stay at check-in without any advanced notice to review their lease agreement prior. -There is construction going on all over the neighborhood (March 2022) that woke us up at 7:30am on our Friday there -We had music playing on our first night (8 women in the home) and immediately got noise complaints. -Cleaning crew was still on property after our check-in time and the house smelled terrible from harsh cleaning products -There are cameras everywhere that aren't clearly listed. They are facing the pool deck, on the barbecue deck, Ring doorbell, etc. The property manager claims this is for security purposes, but they are absolutely used to monitor guests. Some track decibels of noise, too. They even sent videos from the Ring of our group leaving the house for dinner to tell us we were loud. -Gardeners and pool cleaners come on property to the pool deck without fair warning (we asked to be told when they were arriving and never got notice) -Dishwasher was broken and floors weren't properly cleaned. Grime in corners of the kitchen and bathrooms

This house in the hills was absolutely amazing! From the views to the amenities and the shopping, we could've have picked a better place. The owners were very friendly and accommodating. My family and friends had a wonderful time. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a luxurious CA stay. Thank you for making my birthday stay unforgettable!

Our extended family had a fabulous time in LA, and the house was perfect. There was plenty of room for our 14 adults, and we absolutely loved the outdoor space. The upstairs deck was a delight, and the hot tub was deeply appreciated at the end of the day. The beds were comfortable, and the bathrooms were nicely stocked. The kitchen has plenty of refrigerator/freezer space, multiple dishwashers, and other conveniences for a large group. Managers were responsive, flexible and always helpful. The house was well-located for our main activities--hiking and a day at Universal--but it is also close to shopping and restaurants and more. It has so many amenities, we didn't even use them all (like the media room)! Treat yourself -- you'll love it!
