Everything was great! Location, rooms, decor, rooftop terrace views & comfortable.
The customer service team were respectful but not so kind.

I usually hate staying in hotels because I’m so funny about cleanliness. I can find dirt anywhere. However, the rooms were so clean! They were beautifully designed, nice ambiance with different light settings, fireplace and balcony. Will be back soon!
It was very loud around 5-8 AM as it sounded like construction was taking place outside the window. Also, you can hear every door slam when someone leaves or goes in their rooms. So it’s not very great in the sound proof area.

Beautiful accomodation, very close to sunset plaza. Travelling alone from Aus I felt super safe and comfortable here. Bonus is the rooftop and free wines in the afternoon, great place to relax.
Downstairs rooms are a bit noisy with people walking around ontop

The continental breakfast was well stocked and a good variety. The breakfast room was spacious and the small outdoor patio was an added relaxing area to enjoy your breakfast.
For those coming in a car, you will need to have the valet park it for you. There is no on-site parking. The front desk and valet were very responsive.

Cute, boutique hotel with everything you need for a short stay in town.
Would benefit from some savoury breakfast options but that’s really picking holes as everything else has been so well thought of.

One of the best stays we have had at a hotel, EVER. Staff was so lovely - they even greeted us with a glass of wine. The hotel is impeccable from top to bottom. The amenities are top notch, room was so cozy and quiet.. already dreaming of coming back!
breakfast is mainly pastries, would be nice to have a bit more fruit or eggs to mix it up but otherwise an absolutely incredible stay!

location! friendly staff.
parking was confusing. it should be clearly laid out as to how self parking works. dark hallways.

Beautifully decorated and wonderful staff. The croissants at breakfast were even better than the ones I eat in France.
Quite pricey but that’s what you get for W-Hollywood.

This boutique hotel, offering 23 cozy, charming rooms, is a tastefully decorated, hidden oasis between Santa Monica Boulevard and Sunset Drive. In fact, if you didn't know it was a hotel, you'd pass right by as it from the street, it appears to be a neighborhood bungalow. Only the hidden side entrance, which leads to the quaint lobby, gives it away. Our room was comfortable and very well stocked, with extras you don't typically see like a razor, a toothbrush and a yoga mat. The bed was extremely comfortable, the well-lit bathroom was a nice size, and there was an atmospheric gas fireplace. The room included complimentary purified water by the carafe, which was replenished daily, and a Nespresso maker. The self-serve, continental breakfast was presented in a lovely living room area with a fireplace. The coffee was good, the pastries were fresh and delicious and other options like yogurt were on offer. The front desk staff was kind, welcoming and responsive - even remembering us by name. Winston took especially good care of us. If you’re looking for a delightful place to stay in WeHo, 850 SVB is a gem of a hotel.
Our only complaint is that the water pressure is weak for such a large, walk-in shower.

Excellent variety and quality of continental breakfast in a gorgeous decor and homey dining and lounge room area
Nothing really but if I had to say something maybe the doors closing or being knocked on in other rooms was a little loud and sounded like was our door/ room but really didn't impact our stay

Central location, friendly staff, nice decor, cleanliness, morning pastries, easy access to coffee/tea throughout the day, comfy bed, good shower temp/pressure.
No full length mirror, towel bar too low, painfully loud construction sounds (like a jackhammer) on morning of checkout just outside window (on this property). If we weren’t leaving within the hour after it started, I would have complained.

Just like the pictures.
I've stayed 2 times here and can't wait for the third.

Lovely place with a boutique guesthouse feeling. The welcome wine on the roof was a great touch.
The only thing for me was price - I was travelling from London and for the first time WeHo is starting to feel startlingly overpriced. Not unique to this property, but as nice as it was, it wasn’t worth the money. I also don’t think overnight parking should be an incremental $50 when there is no other option.
