Excellent Accueil, idéalement, placé joli et très confortable

check in was easy and the receptionist was very helpful but the hotel is not clearly signed on the outside I put this down to planning restrictions as the hotel is inside the pedestrian area .The hotel was clean the rooms of a reasonable size and comfortable it worked for us as we didnt stay in the hotel other than to sleep
breakfast was the let down of this hotel the buffet selection was limited and not particularly appetizing , coffee took an age to be served one small cup at a time . should have been self service or a larger pot
4.0
Excellent central location.
Breakfast could have slightly more choices. Air conditioner dripped in the room. Style over practicality for example bathroom taps
4.5
Nice breakfast, beautiful building & good location!
No parking near the hotel. 8min walk to park your car.
5.0
Just superb, I will come back again.
2.5
warmth of hotel , heating good in room also location good for shopping and eating
no bar or restaurant facilities, breakfast hot food was cold, cold eggs so if you don't go for a hot breakfast you will be ok
shuttle for jewellery fare only took 8 people which is ridiculous as there were a lot more people and you had to make sure you got down early to secure your place, with traffic so bad if you had to wait until the next one then you would miss your first appointment.

The space was good. bed comfortable
everything else. I booked a private spa room for a surprise, started with the fact the reception could not explain properly how to turn on lights in the spa room. ok they came up and showed. then the hot tub was not heating… we tried everything, they would give instructions that would not work. after hours of trying and calling there was no one available to come up and check for us. end of story we set the temperature before sleeping, the temperature was 19, after 6 hours was 22, so impossible to use. they said we could not understand how to use, different people said different instructions and in the end we were not able to use it at all. I tried to contact, said they should at least put instructions in the room, and that’s it, I paid for something we never used because the staff was not prepared to give proper instructions. very disappointed. would not go back and would not recommend
2.5
the location, since the hotel is in the city centre and the breakfast.
the room was kind of basic, nothing special. the closet was too small for 2 people (see the pic)

Location extremely comfortable, breakfast, staff, style... I would recommend this hotel to others
Booking welness facilities well in advance is racomandable. They tend to be busy. The reception was closed during noon period, before check in. The receptionist was also helping the breakfast service, thus s/he was not available at the reception desk during breakfast.
4.5
Rooms are comfortable. Location is amazing. Breakfast is very diverse (continental).
I will recommend to stay here if you are an independent traveler that doesn't need a 24h front desk.
If you come by car, there is a public parking nearby not very expensive for Italian standards.
I enjoyed my stay and I will happily stay there again in the future.
FYI front desk is not 24h. Not a problem for us but it might bother other travelers.

location was great and in the centre
room was very small and you could hear all noise from next bedroom. flushing toilets and hairdryer in early morning. paid for spa access but couldn’t get a time slot to use it so a waste of money

close to your start points.
couldn’t drive car to unload and load luggage. no notification that entry by car to area was not allowed. received a heavy fine for driving there. poor advice from hotel.

Hotel was in the center. It had white and clean linen. It had some nice decor details. There was in description that no pets allowed, so you could assume it should have been clean.
Hotel is very central, but it doesnt look at all like in the pictures. We set our search with filters for parking and parking with charging stations for electric cars, but receptionist sent to city parking 2 km away. It added additional 15 eur cost per night. There was no possibility to charge car there either. Also, we had to walk through dark park late in the evening, and there were lot of loud youngsters (looking scary, and on drugs, smoking). That was making us feel very uncomfortable. Receptionist didnt even offer to book us taxi to get back to the hotel. Room was reasonable but walls were super thin and we could hear all neighbours, their alarms, how they walk, use bathroom and etc. Shower was not working properly. The sink in the bedroom was looking dirty and full of calk. We booked room with 2 beds and instead we received double bed and bunk bed (too small for adult) and baby cot. The whole situation felt like a nightmare. Breakfast was reasonable, not too much options and mainly only sweet stuff.

Super breakfast
nothing bad

location
the room was very unclean. the air conditioning didn’t work. the service was not good and reception was always empty. the shower leaked water.

Book mainly for the spa and location. Breakfast was incredible. Accommodations were excellent and great activities close by.
The drain was clogged and water spilled from the shower, but it was easy quick fix.
