Cena Całkiem dobre śniadanie Możliwość zaparkowania na parkingu na przeciwko hotelu Czystość pokoju ok. Można skorzystać jako z noclegu tranzytowego, ale ani jednego więcej.

Przy zameldowaniu bardzo niemiła, agresywna wręcz obsługa. Recepcjonista spytany o możliwość wylegitymowania się dokumentem elektronicznym zaczął mnie przedrzeźniać, denerwować się na mnie i krzyczeć, że jak chcę łamać prawo, to mam problem. Kompletny brak kultury i profesjonalizmu. Mała winda do której zmieściła się jedna osoba i 3 walizki. Klatka schodowa, bardzo nieprzyjemna i brudna. Brak klimatyzacji, zamiast tego coś w rodzaju nawiewu, głośne, a bez tego temperatura była nieznośnie wysoka, więc spaliśmy w hałasie. Prysznic w łazience ze zgnitymi fugami, szyba mocno zakamieniona, ciężko się przesuwała. Szklanki na śniadaniu mocno zakamienione (mam nadzieję, że był to kamień), zniechęcały do picia. Za parking po drugiej stronie ulicy trzeba wpłacić depozyt 30 euro, inne parkingi w okolicy są płatne od 8-20.

Für einen kurzen Städtetrip perfekt

Super nettes Personal, sehr gute Auswahl beim Frühstück (Kaffee vom Automat nicht genießbar - aber man konnte bei der Bar einen wunderbaren Cappuccino bestellen), Lage top - Innenstadt zu Fuss in 10 Minuten erreichbar, sehr schöne Gegend nahe am Fluss, Parken direkt vor der Haustüre

Dobry stosunek ceny do jakości. Wygodne łóżka i czyste pościele oraz ręczniki. Odnowiony pokój.Dobra lokalizacja oraz miły i pomocny personel.

W niektórych miejscach hotelu widać już jego wiek - hole, jadalnia np. zniszczone ściany, staromodne wyposażenie jadalni - stoł, krzesła i zastawa. Śniadanie codziennie takie samo. Głównie na słodko. Żadnych warzyw. Przejadły nam się rogaliki i jajecznica z parówką. W pokojach nie ma lodówek, czajników czy kubeczków.

Staff molto accogliente e posizione dell'hotel comoda per raggiungere il centro anche a piedi. La stanza era ben arredata e il bagno confortevole. Pulizia perfetta. Da sottolineare la colazione ricca e variegata per tutte le esigenze al costo di € 9. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Consigliatissimo!

location was ok, 10-15 minutes walk to the city center. Staff is welcoming and helpfull, breakfast simple basic - standard I’d say.

I did miss fridge / minibar fridge in the room, that would make a nice difference, being able to cool some wine 😀

The staff were very friendly, breakfast included fresh fruit being replaced when finished. The room was very clean.

The pastries and bread were precooked, not from a pattiserie.

the staff were amazingly king and the breakfast was very hood

it’s not very accesible from the train station (you need a taxi), the door key is a bit too big, and the baby cot is charged per night.

Great value for this location

There are a couple of things to consider with this hotel. The location is brilliant, it is easy to get there and it is a short walk to the city center. There is free parking right at the door. The hotel is also cheap - 2 persons room with breakfast included for 70 euro is really great. Apart from that the staff is nice and the hotel is pleasant and clean.

The hotel is a bit outdated, would definitely do with a refurbishment. The breakfast was okay, but could do with more fresh local products. The room was cramped and didn't have a balcony.

Easy to reach the hotel, so closely to the city centre. Friendly welcome, very friendly staff. Enough place to park our car, excellent breakfast, self-catering automata in the corridor (good for cold water). Air condtioin worked well in a very hot day, absolut good bed for sleep. We are going to choose it again in our stay in Vicensa! Thank you Key Hotel!!!
