Accolti in maniera molto cordiale, centro facilmente raggiungibile a piedi, posteggio sotterraneo

Buffet completo, caffè e te serviti al tavolo, su richiesta con latte di soia. Ho apprezzato poter riempire la mia thermos con acqua calda per il viaggio

Più che altro è da tenere d’occhio il tappeto in corridoio e le tende per chi é allergico agli acari

Hotel molto comodo, funzionale per chi lavora

Garage utile ed economico. Personale molto gentile. Ambiente raccolto ed accogliente.

good value for money

Perfect hotel for a visit by car (hotel with a guarded parking lot). The historical centre is in walking distance.

We stayed there only a night, everything worked.

Breakfast - as international food I would recommend to serve even cooked meal (sausages, eggs, beans etc) This is quite old hotel, AC did not work properly. It was too noisy, we had to turn it off during the night.

Enjoyed our stay, would have been great if Internet had worked properly.

Nice hotel, convenient location, very helpful reception staff, especially in the afternoon and evening (not so much the morning staff). Very nice breakfast and friendly staff.

Internet was pretty terrible in the room. Staff tried their best but it wasn't great. Our window didn't stay open (kept shutting itself) and the shower hose didn't work. I did mention this to the morning receptionist, but she didn't seem very interested in our feedback.

Superb

Very good hotel for staying with friends when traveling to Vicenza. We had a spacious room with much space, it was quiet and clean, and the bathroom was comfortable. The breakfast was diverse and delicious, location - walking distance from the historic city center. The staff is very, very friendly and helpful, and also very responsive before our arrival via WhatsApp and mail. For five euros, we had a place in underground parking.

I think it was a perfect deal for the price asked

The room was amazing, a bit tight and small in size. Great location right in the middle of the center. The staff was not very friendly. They didn’t had any breakfast available, they said they had run out but for the price of one night it should had been included or at least given the option to add it regardless. Parking was very far away. I had better experience for a way cheaper price in other places.

Underground garage, location is close to the city center, common spaces are nice

Rooms are clean, in a good condition but boring. Strange chemical smell in the whole building.

I booked for some friends. they said it was ok, above all because it is near my house.

I was asked to pay in advance even if booking.com indicated "payment on spot, no payment in advance". When I called to complain about that, the staff at the reception was not nice at all and quite impolite. I don't think I'll book here again even if it is in the most convenient area for my guests.

Personnel was kind, location not far from city center but reasonably quiet (if one could have left the window closed, which was not possible because of the too high temperature), reasonable price

modest breakfast, room space and distribution (window couldn't be fully open because it hit the bed), too high temperature in the room in spite of having switched off heating, drain of the sink in the bathroom obstructed, no hooks in the bathroom to hang the towels
