Location
The room was not clean
You can hear everything from outside the room
Food was OK nothing special
We didnt have the option to make a reservation for the hotel restaurants(all inclusive) because they fully booked!
7.0 / 10.0
The staff here were very patient and lovely considering they were rushed off their feet 24/7 at a fully booked hotel. The drink choices were good in comparison to similar all inclusive hotels, loved the greek sparkling wine!
The hotel was just so rammed…every single sun bed around the pool had been “reserved” with a towel before i even woke up at 8am… the beach was a bit chaotic…it was just quite chaotic and difficult to figure out what to do with yourself. It would be good if towels left alone on sunbeds for more than an hour were removed… some people seemed to stick their towel down then disappear for the day, meaning others who just want to chill for an hour or two have nowhere to sit and relax

The room was great. We were upgraded from side sea view to a gorgeous sea view room. Not sure if this was because of our genius status or because we needed a bathtub for the baby but either way was a lovely surprise and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Food was pretty good, better than average for most all inclusives in the main restaurant. The snack bar was okay but not something you'd want often. They put a cot in our room for our baby and the cleaning staff (excellent job daily) folded her dolly in it when we came back from the day. So cute!
Little to not like, the breakfast line got busy towards to end of our stay meaning we couldn't sit in the main hall because our baby wouldn't behave for a 30-45 minute queue but other wise was excellent.

There is so much to list!
The staff were so friendly, helpful and accommodating, nothing was too much of an ask.
The food was fantastic, with a great selection throughout the day and various themed restaurants.
Excellent location, easy access to beach and easy walk to Rhodes town.
Lots to keep children entertained.
This wasn't a huge issue, but the bathroom flooded every time we used the shower.

Good location, varied and rich breakfast, lunch and dinner, pleasant staff that tries to help with every request.
There was car noise from the road at night, you can hear everyone who passes and talks near the room and every door slams shut and disturbs the night's sleep.
We wanted to order dinner at one of the hotel's restaurants and were told that everything was already full and that we would try the next morning. The next day we approached in the morning and were told that everything was already booked. They could have spared us the first time and said there was no room. They offered us to book for the next evening but we already had to go home. Other tourists who were there said that they tried to book a place in advance by e-mail and did not receive a response.

Hotel clean
Amway took over the hotel during the latter part of my stay .
Erecting stages and equipment, large lorries delivering good by the pool , removal of singers and brollys , reduction in choice of food and facilities, no entertainment for last 2 days , noisy from building, construction workers everywhere

the room cleaners didn’t change the sheets at all for all the week we stayed

Staff were really friendly, drinks were strong! Great variety of food on the buffet. I really enjoyed how there were always Greek options to try. This was a birthday trip and they surprised me which was a great touch

A large hotel that offers everything for a family. 3 pools, food all day, wonderful sea view, attentive and fast staff, excellent location in relation to the city center and the beaches
The food is nice but repetitive, the activities are not exciting enough and it's a shame, the elevators on floors 5-6 are very slow, the hotel's restaurants are nice

The room was very clean and comfortable, great shower, the best air conditioning that I have experienced so far. Nice balcony with a view of the mountains as specified when booking. All meals in the main restaurant were fantastic, buffet style dining which catered for all my families tastes. Loved the cocktails in the bar, good choice on the menu. The pools were clean and the private beach was only a 5 minute walk away which was great for watching spectacular sunsets after dinner. Any issues were dealt with by staff immediately.
Although there were plenty of sun loungers by the pool, many holiday makers reserved these very quickly by putting their towels on them very early in the morning regardless of the many notices put up by the hotel saying not to do this. This meant that we didn't always get a decent spot when we were ready to go to the pool. The policy stated that if sun loungers were unattended for more than 40 mins, the towels would be removed, I did not see this happen and there were plenty of people taking advantage of this oversight.

Spacious hotel, great staff and always eager to help. All meals were great!
We have used wellness (massage) and it was great!
The BIGGEST ISSUE is the fact that the hotel allows guests to put towels as their reservation on the beach and pool. So, if you wake up at 5.30am or 6.00am you can already see bunch of towels and people walking around to reserve a spot. So, It’s like “first come -first served”.
For the record, the pool and the beach opens at 10am, and my question is: why on earth do you allow people to put their towels just like that in the early AM?

Nice all inclusive package. Excellent choice of restaurants. Good ambiance and lots of effort from the hotel for proposing various entertainments. Good attention to cleanliness.
A bit busy. E.g. not the right place for a peaceful breakfast. Morning fight to get a good spot on the beach or by the pool. Beach area could be better cleaned in the morning.

Liked everything about this hotel. The staff were so nice and efficient. Food was excellent and the rooms were new and clean. Pool area also brilliant. Two huge snack bars with good food all afternoon.
The only thing was the beach was very difficult to walk out to the water with the pebbles.

The pools are not heated, the water was ice cold.

lovely staff who are always charming and friendly, the hotel is over an hours walk from Rhodes which is great if you love walking but otherwise there is a bus service around the corner along with a taxi rank.
it is also about 20 minutes away from the airport (€20 max) so don’t bother paying extra for transfers if you can
only one main bar which gets exceptionally busy after dinner. the security guards are not very friendly and tend to stare at you a lot which can be off putting.
the food tended to be the same everyday pizza, chips etc

Easy parking and lots of space considering the size of the hotel. The evening main buffet and the lunch buffet outside were quite good and always seating available. The Spa was good as well and the staff was very nice.
It felt very clinical with all cold white lights. Despite pictures showing table clothes on the tables in the restaurants, it felt more like a canteen. Impossible to get booking for some restaurants even five days ahead of time. The indoor pool was closed without any notice. They hotel says that it removes towels if not in use for a particular time but this is complete nonsense. We never 'reserve' and so trying to find a place at the pool after 10am is almost impossible. You can also smell the exhaust from the road if you sit around there. Having your morning coffee in a papercup is ridiculous, not to mention that the standards cocktails at the pool bar are undrinkable. There is no room service, no valet parking and we found a cockroach in the room. Did not even get an apology for it. This is definitely not a 5 star hotel, maybe between a 3 and a 4.

The pillows were too high and Hard.
The hotel should serve ergonómic small pillows also.
